I'm 70 bought this small SUV because it's so much easier to sit your but in then turn your legs in. As for longevity I'm sure i wont ever need anything past 5 years 60,ooo mile warranty 😊
I commend GM and Chevy for offering a nice little car for a fairly reasonable price. I hope more car makers offer a compact vehicle like this, instead of just overloaded, pricey SUV'S that your average person can't afford
I applaud Chevy for making an affordable vehicle with a lot of features but for $50 extra per month on a car payment you can get a Mazda CX-5 with AWD with a 2000 pound towing capacity and it will last for 250,000 miles while maintaining a higher resale value.
Great review! Thumbs up. You said to the right of the automatic headlight switch is the daytime running lights that’s actually the parking lights. Those little black circles in the roof liner. It’s not Bluetooth. Those are actually the microphones you’ve got two in the front and one maybe2 in the backseat. I have the 2RS I just bought in April and love it.
Great review Kenny! For the money that really is a lot of car and so well equipped. Personally I am not sure why manufacturers stopped using the regular key instead of the push button. I'm a if it's not broken don't fix it guy though lol. Hope that you are doing great!
Push button start is so much nicer than with a key. I have this on my black activ. You never have to take the keys or fob out of your pocket. Walk up to the vehicle, push the little silver button on the door handle with your thumb, get in, put your foot on the brake, push the start button. I love this feature, would never go back to a key.
@@Red4banger Good point Carl. I do have that on my car and it is so nice to basically not have to use my fob at all. It's my first car like this and it really is a nice feature.
I wish there would be some expert opinion on the motor's reliability with the wet timing belt. Random people are just predicting the motors will fail at 60k miles.
I was initially turned off by the 3cyl engine but then I took it for a spin the other day and I gotta say, I was impressed. Now I’m sure it won’t last as long as a Toyota. But for a commuter car in the low to mid 20gs it’s not bad.
Not bad? ! It's tremendous! Your don't have to mortgage your house and you get a good looking, new, reasonably priced vehicle. I.ve got an LT with three packages and it's great.
Not for me. I love the key start. My last three vehicles have had push button start and I see no advantage. It’s a gimmick. The LY, 2RS and Activ have push button start.
@@massmike11my sister had a Geo Metro, with only 147,000 miles when she sold it for more money than she spent on it. She had two collisions in it ( their fault) both times. Tough little car! 55 -60 mph with 5 people in it, going 250 miles , visiting me in Houston! 500 miles round trip, multiple times!
No doubt this is a great look at the Trax. No doubt this looks like a great deal and a decent car. No doubt it's called the Trax because everyone is going to know your business thanks to on-star and GMs insatiable need for your sellable data.
Many cars should do quite a lot of replacements by 150k miles, even if it can last without it.. rubber hoses turbos gaskets belts water pump might have to look at tranny/coolant too
Augh! 🥹 Where do I start? I just LOVE the way you covered this car. From the thorough explanations of the features to the precise angles, down to the enthusiasm. 😘🤌🏾 I’ve already been considering this car, but you’ve sold it! Thank you for adding to my excitement for my birthday car! 🙌🏾💃🏾
