Hey Marine, great podcast. Food, clothing, shelter, and the firepower to make sure nobody can take it. Start organizing: Family, neighbors, community, etc... @ronaldrobertson2332 My wife was a clinical dietician. She liked her older patients to have an extra 15-20lbs over their ideal BMI. That way when they got sick, they had some "cushion" before their body goes into starvation mode. With no or insufficient food, your body lives off its fat stores first. If there's no fat, it starts eating muscles and organs, including the heart. The "Alone" competitors all pack on extra pounds before the competition. Season 9 winner put on 60 extra pounds before the competition.
