Just imagine Trump changing the tone by adopting a conciliatory approach from now on, no combative language, calling for calm and unity, asking his base to drop the hatchet and above all asking his extreme GOP faithfuls in congress to think only bi-partisan, that will not only surely earn him a decisive victory by a wide margin but ensure a wider acceptability of the Republican Party.
I am a Trumper all the way for sure! I honestly fully respect everything you just said! I have never listened to you because everyone has always told me you were a far left extremist. The words I heard right now seemed like just an every day guy, not a journalist, not a celebrity, just an everyday American citizen! its what a lot of us are thinking! I will be listening to you more often! I may not agree with everything you are saying, but I feel as if you are saying what you truly believe and not what you are told to say!
Chris, I don’t know if you will be able to read this, I hope you do. But something is bothering me a lot, my mind is fixed on the shooter, smart, good parents, humble but decent home. What can possibly poison the mind of one of our own young Americans to try killing Trump? They say he was bullied in school, guys that spoke who knew him said he was always by himself and I have not heard of anyone who called themselves a friend to him. Why? Isn’t it logical to assume that a person who suffers bullying will learn to hate bullies? and if so, could Donald Trump and his personality made himself an embodiment of what that kid lived all his life? Some minds are weaker than others, and it doesn’t take much to ignite with all of the horrific things each side says about the other. Actually it makes absolute sense to me. One thing I am sure of, his mother misses him and his father too, obviously I am not condoning his actions, but I do recent that our kids and I mean any of them are subject to the same things this kid was. And that is scary. I can’t believe anything either side says, they killed the shooter and all good now, DT gets to play some kind of hero, making the best of the situation for his cause, again I’m no hater I’m just observing behaviors and I can’t find peace with what I see. The fist in the air has a double meaning, I know it , this man knows how to turn things to his favor. I call that opportunists. I feel horrible for expressing my thoughts but I hope whoever reads this can understand my point of view or at least respect it. And I can’t even talk about democrats right now, I’m simply disgusted we should all repent and ask God to forgive us. The only good news I’ve heard so far is that RFKJr. Was granted the protection of the secret service, and then there’s that other thing bugging about how safe can RFKJr. be with all the questions we now have regarding their performance that day. Besides politics, education, healthcare, etc. The 2 things that the US is currently envied for are a high standard of living and a law-abiding society. And yet, both are eroding as well.
