Perfect truck for people who also tow a fishing boat because I’m looking for a truck to tow a 19’boat that weighs 4,500lbs with the trailer(22’Long total length) and a utility trailer that will have a John deer 2025r compact tractor that weighs around 6,000lbs with the trailer. But if I do get a STX F150 like that one I would get a 5.0 v8 because it tows a little bit more
Stx is a great looking model but I think it should have a power driver's seat as std equipment given everything else it has.Throw a nice set of running boards on and this truck is a winner, especially with the 2.7 imo.More than enuf engine for most of us😊
I bought a 2024 STX and I have a question about the transmission. It doesn't skip gears like my other F150 did. It goes through every gear and takes forever to accelerate. My other truck skipped 2nd and 4 gear.
The minute the sales man said, after announcing the price ," but let's keep in mind" I stopped the video. Man nobody can't tell me that these upgrades cost $25,000. Yes thats how much less an STX went for befor Covid.
@@CharlesJames-x1q yeah pretty cheap compared to the truck it self and kind of useless unless you are going off road. Most are pavement queens anyways.
Give me the truck without LED, and I'll buy them after for cheaper. Can I get the truck at the price it should be 50k for a work truck, I'm so pissed at that fuck ford. That's it, boycot time for Ford to go bankrupt. That's so anit American to be charging that much for a base truck.
@@tewksburydriver8624Yeah, I get it. The average buyer never hauls more than a few bags of mulch and an occasional odd piece of furniture. A roomy interior with a really big trunk, yet short enough to navigate mall parking lots. (No fun zone in an HD)
@@erice9536 .. I’ve owned all kinds. I was an Army truck driver for 6 years, I have a CDL and a firefighter for the past 24 years. I know and love trucks. The bed size matters for different reasons for different people. Simple as that.
When is Ford gonna make a whole truck makeover.. from the sode its the same profile for like 20yrs. Chevrolet, Dodge, Toyota, and Nissan all have had total body makeovers to keep they style fresh. Ford pushes iut the same ole same ole.. its just blah at this point
When their sales numbers start to tank! They sell a whole pile of these trucks and Ford has a real knack of how to keep the F150 current and desirable. You’re in the minority obviously.
The truck was wholly new in 2015. They kept styling theme and made evolutionary changes. If you want to pick on oldest with no changes, go looknat Toyota (I know tundra and tacoma are new now, historically they do the longest platform life).
