This is my understanding: 48v x 100A = 4800 watt hours 12v x 400A = 4800 watt hours So they are the same capacity. EcoFlow batteries are 51v 100ah. Am I looking at this wrong?
Are you going to be at the Van Expo in San Juan Capistrano this weekend? Does Gone Mobile prefer a customer provide the Transit van and then you do your thing or you do everything (van itself and all)? OMG this is the best one yet - my dream HOME.
Yes! We will be at the Expo in SJC this weekend. It’s best if clients bring us their own van. Saves you quite a bit of money that way. Hope to see you this weekend!
Whats the MPG compared to a Sprinter 144...is the thinsulate enough for four seasons. Can a microwave fit in that self...where are the vents on the heater....thanks
17" wheels with 265 tires! sounds great... but why isn't everyone doing this? ... let us know if you run into any problems with this configuration as it gets put through its paces
I like the internal height of the Transit. It’s at least 4” taller inside. I also prefer the gas engine. Also fewer cool looking Transits out there 😎I like to build on both platforms though.
@@gonemobilevans Thanks for the reply. I drove a 2021 2WD long, tall, 3.5L eco-boost Transit and drove a 2024 AWD 144” 2.0L turbo Sprinter. I was underwhelmed by the Sprinter’s performance!🤷♂️. I’m looking for the opportunity to try the Transit AWD. I’m not looking for a camping Van build to go rock crawling just want winter and dirt road capability. I haven’t figured out why the Sprinter’s are so popular, unless it’s because that’s what the “cool kids” are doing. 😉
Is the $11,500 Trail option even worth it over the AWD? I suppose the only thing you couldn't recreate on the AWD is the blacked out headlights and the extra 2.75" of wheelbase width.
Transit Off Road says that it is equivalent to a Class 4 hitch. So around 800Lbs tongue weight and 8000Lbs towing. I wouldn't recommend going that heavy though!
None of the vehicles that sold on their website have a price. Also, none of the questions pertaining to price answered here. A sign of poor customer service/response? Asking for a friend.
No vehicle in this earth is better or woth ONLY IF is higher than 40K i own bombardier global 8000 plane and it generates me more money thats the only real expensive thing i have ever bought i only have one vehicle and is a phantom and one house if you think you goin to get up here this high you better not waste money in vehicles biggers mistake ever, however if you are and influencer yes, Vehicle collecting can make you money but is a risking investment and i had try it already many times, avoid it if u can.
nice. the more modern/techy look is how i would prefer it. eventually, i want to get a van, but instead of the shower pan area, i would want that area to be more like a desk where i could mount a monitor the wall for work when the bed is not in use. then where the toilet is, change that into an actual full shower/toilet. dont need most of that area for seating, so could spare some of that bench space for the shower. is this something that would be possible?
I am very interested in the composite floor. Can you do a dedicated video about it? I watch all the van channels and have not seen that before. You could be first
Do you offer a different internal design? I haven't seen a different design set-up on the inside on any of your builds. I'm not saying I don't like the set-up, just would be interested in other ways the inside could be laid out.
We do absolutely offer different layouts. The video posted right before this one was quite different. We work with clients to build to their requirements as best we can.
