My theme for 2024 is AUTHENTICITY. It is so easy to get caught up in family's & society's expectations of us, and pleasing others and worrying how they will perceive us. But truly all that matters is how we see ourselves and if we are truly being authentic. So this year it is a priority for me to feel connected myself - since who else am I living life for?! It's always got to start within, and that's the best way to serve others, as it almost happens naturally when we radiate who we are. There is so much joy in simply being me! And I am abundant, limitless!

My theme for 2024 is BE PRESENT. Often I find I cannot focus on the present moment, the brain running way too fast and always multi-task and planning the next thing, but forget enjoying the present moment, and be present for the people you love is so important.

My 2024 theme is SELF COMPASSION. Being compassionate towards myself if I make mistakes, if something is troubling me, if the day was too much or if struggling with self-negative thoughts. Ultimately this will lead to growth and protection - growth - journaling/doing things that encourage compassion, which will be protecting my mental and physical health I will release self limiting beliefs, absorbing negative talk & toxic emotional baggage next year

My theme for 2024 is DISCIPLINE . I really wanna change my life style . I wanna change myself to be unrecognizable ,especially in my education area. I got back into my education path after the long time sickness. I wanna pass all of my exams with good grades . I want to build my body strong and healthy. I'm not a teenager anymore so I want to take care of my skincare and hair care routines efficiently under budget. And I want to find money all of my own so I'm searching part time jobs . I really love the 10 main goal approach. I would always put my goals under different categories and it got overwhelming. I would achieve some, but not everything. I think focusing on 10 and working towards them each month seems more attainable! Wishing you a Happy New Year!

I watched your video last year, making 2023 my first year with a theme. For 2023 my themes were self acceptance and self reliance. I focused on trusting my inner thoughts rather than ignoring them, I focused on providing myself with advice not with criticism, etc. 2023 was a year that I am proud of. For 2024, I want to continue the new partnership I have created with myself with my new themes of consistency and follow through. I want to adopt a habit of “if I say I will, I will.” I want to be confident in my promises to people and to myself and I want to see consistency in my actions not just one time attempts

My theme is bliss! Im getting married this year will also try for a baby. There can be so much anxiety and unknowns that come with these blessings. But i want to focus on enjoying this process no matter what comes my way ☺️💕

My theme for 2024 is White tulips. When I look at the flower I feel a sense of calmness and happiness awaken within me. I want to feel like white tulips this year.

My theme for 2024 is the phrase “while enjoying every step along the way”. When setting goals for the new year it feels like a fight toward that goal. But, someone recently opened my mind to adding “while enjoying every step along the way” to all of my goals. For example, “I want to become more flexible while enjoying every step along the way”.
