How does it fare while riding within the limits of the speed barrier set by the kerala mvd? obviously we cannot be spending thousands of rupees in fines. Unlike the old 390(bs3 with slipper clutch) the throttle response or say fuelling on this gen(on the first few degrees of rotation )is very poor...almost feel like stalling and sometimes it does too.....The vibrations you get on the thighs where u hug the bike seems unacceptable for such a premium motorcycle(in all other areas)...you feel it more because its near the tank area...gets better with. Revs but still unacceptable....the seating feels a bit crampy than both the previous gen...almost a squatting position....the front forks feels right under ur chin(very good for filtering..but not always or in other moods)...apart from these 2 drawbacks the bike is exceptional in every regard....oh my god the brakes❤❤just splendid..they nailed it and the brutal acceleration feels more frantic (i would say)than the bs3 dukes(torque kick in earlier and you can feel it)...tft and all uk the vfm is sooo high in this price point ..... it feels very premium...and yes u can ride it around 3k rpm very calmly but from 4th gear onwards it needs some momentum carryon....but the first 3 gears can keep the city speeds happily....also forget about quickshifters unless ur on full throttle..it's jerky (no complaints just mentioning) it works where it's meant to be used
