Welcome to our channel, where we bring you the latest updates on the most thrilling cars in the market
The ES has been around long enough that almost everyone knows the role it plays in the Lexus lineup. It's a conservatively styled, nicely appointed luxury sedan offering a wide array of trims and several powertrain options, all at a reasonable price point.
The ES sees very few changes for the 2024 model year. There will now be two F Sport models in the lineup: the F Sport Design, which will continue to be offered with all three powertrains, and F Sport Handling, which is available on the ES350 and ES300 H. The F Sport Handling package comes standard with Sport Plus and Custom drive modes, park assist, adaptive dampers, and features aluminum interior trim and aluminum pedals. The Luxury and Ultra Luxury grade trims get a new technology package and standard 18-inch alloy wheels with Vapor Chrome finish.
The Lexus ES gives buyers a choice of three powertrains. The ES250 is powered by a 203 horsepower 2.5 liter four cylinder engine and comes standard with all-wheel drive. All ES350 trims come with a 3.5 liter V 6 that generates 302 horsepower and is teamed with an eight-speed automatic transmission that sends power to the front wheels. With all ES350 H trims, motivation comes from a hybrid powertrain that provides a net output of 215 horsepower; a continuously variable automatic transmission and front-wheel drive are standard. At our test track, the gas-only ES350 sprinted from a standstill to 60 mph in 6.1 seconds. The all-wheel drive ES250 and the hybrid ES300 H both made the dash in a more leisurely 8.1 and 8.3 seconds, respectively.
With its stylish, asymmetrical dash and high-quality materials, the ES's cabin creates a plush environment for passengers. Both rows offer enough legroom for the long-legged, and the seats provide comfortable support. Notably, the cabin is unfailingly peaceful, even when the ES is being driven at highway speeds. Both gas-only and hybrid models provide 17.0 cubic feet of room in the trunk, and this gives the ES more cargo space than rivals such as the Volvo S90 (14.0 cubic feet) and Acura TLX (14.0 cubic feet). Unfortunately, the ES isn't available with a folding rear seat. This makes it difficult for this Lexus to accommodate outsize cargo.
Luxury car buyers look for vehicles offering the latest and greatest tech features, and the Lexus ES sedan doesn't disappoint. It comes standard with a touchscreen infotainment system with a standard 8.0-inch central display, and both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability are onboard to provide hassle-free device integration; a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen is optional. All models come with a 10-speaker sound system equipped with SiriusXM satellite radio. The list of standard tech amenities also includes Amazon Alexa compatibility, Bluetooth phone and music streaming, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and Scout GPS Link navigation.
While we're always weighing whether to recommend a car's sportiest version or a high-value mid-grade trim, in this case, we think upgrading to the ES350 with Ultra Luxury equipment is most in keeping with the sedan's mission and core capabilities as a luxury sedan. The Ultra Luxury designation adds special 18-inch wheels, quilted semi-aniline leather upholstery, a hands-free power trunk lid, a power rear sunshade, and a wood-and-leather steering wheel. It also requires the addition of the Navigation package, which upgrades the infotainment display to the larger 12.3-inch setup and adds in-dash navigation, an electrochromic rearview mirror, a DVD player, voice recognition, and the automaker's Enform Destination Assist service.
Thank you so much for joining us today.
Until next time, keep chasing your dreams and embracing the thrill of the road and drive safe.

Got our 2023 Lexus ES300h Ultra Luxury trim and additional option in mid-april. It is the Cloudburst Gray exterior with Acorn color semi-aniline leather interior. Total Installed Packages & Accessories: 1) Premium Triple-beam LED headlamps; 2) Smartacess Card Key; 3) Premium Paint; 4) Lexus Interface with 12.3-in Multimedia Touchscreen Display; 5) Ultra Luxury Package; 6) All weather floor liners and trunk mat; 7) Door edge film by 3M; 8) The Preferred Accessory Package; and 9) The Dealer added a 5-year windshield protection/replacement coverage package and tinted the driver and passenger windows. MORE: The three-projector headlamp design creates an eye-catching L shape. Adding to this brilliant design, the headlamps feature LED side turn signals, as well as an Adaptive Front Lighting System6 that uses steering and speed sensors to direct the angle of low-beam illumination as the vehicle enters a curve. The Adaptive Front Lighting System monitors steering and speed with a suite of sensors and will automatically adjust the angle of your low-beam headlights to improve visibility on curved roads. Ultra Luxury extras: 1) 18-inch split-five-spoke alloy noise-reduction wheels and Michelin "green" tires; 2) Power rear sunshade with manual rear-door sunshades; 3) Power open/close trunk with kick sensor; 4) 12.3-inch multimedia touchscreen display 10.2-inch Head-Up Display; and 5) Intuitive Parking Assist with Auto Braking and Rear Pedestrian Detection, and Panoramic View Monitor. Averaging 43+ MPG City/Hwy driving and I had the oil and filter changed at 1,000 miles for my own peace of mind. Just For Reference: I was not going to wait one-year or 10,000 miles to have the factory installed oil & filter changed. And, I shall be changing the Oil (Liqui Moly 0W-16 Spec V) and Toyota filter every 5,000 miles from now on. Like Scotty Kilmer says, oil & filters are cheap, engines are expensive. LOL 🤔

I sadly am going to part with my soon to be still Flawless (68,000 miles), 26 year old Pearl White Lexus ES 300 in favor of the New 2024 Ultra Luxury ES 350, again Pearl White with the Acorn interior and all options. I had a 2018 Porsche 718 and I sorely miss all that electronic gadgetry off of the Porsche. With that car sold in 2022, I have been Looking and Looking. Suv or Luxury car??? Well old tried and true just seems like such a bargain, that in the end...... Yep it was the Lexus that won out again for me. Being older and Not a fan off hybrid and electric I am shooting for the long lasting performance of the Old style V6. September is heavy on my mind as I patiently wait my turn for this Beauty.

@@jonny0004 Good luck, and you can't go wrong with the 2GR-FSX engine that they have been perfecting since 2005. Your ES is Made in Kentucky for now. Toyota shall be moving production back to Japan within the next two years (probably 2025) and maybe convert the Kentucky plant to produce the Toyota Crown or whatever Lexus model. Watch The Car Care Nut channel on YT to learn more about your vehicle and that engine. You will not be disappointed. And change that factory oil at 1,000 miles like The Car Care Nut recommends and then every six-months or 5,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Congrats on your new ES. Were you able to custom order your car or did you have to pick one that was pre built?

I own a 2024. It replaces a extraordinarily well cared for 1998 ES. The Ultra Luxury 2024 has the interior that will match any vehicle on the road, matched with a very solid long standing, very reliable V6. Will I get 26 years from the 2024? Only time will tell. But the 68,000 1998 was absolutely flawless in its lifetime with me. The ES ultra luxury is very nice indeed.

@user-vx5iy5op5p well, that is my opinion and I am sticking to it. I have owned Cadillac, Porsche and a few other non-luxury vehicles. You are paying 30-40k more for a shit ton less reliability and WAY more costly to repair and certainly will need more repairs in the life of either of these cars that you speak of. I have lived through all of this with my old Lexus and other past vehicles that I have owned. Doesn't matter the car if you can not afford to keep it trucking down the road. German engineering leaves a lot to be desired. That's my opinion and for sure you will never see a flawless body like in my just sold 26 year old 1998 ES. Other than routine maintenance, That car was dirt cheap to own for it's life.
