It's not worth it. You do not get the Mark Levinson speakers unless you go all the way up to the TX 500H FSport Performance luxury. Plus, the TX350 isn't available in a hybrid. Hybrid is only available with the 500h FSport Performance. Not to mention that it requires premium fuel. Get the Grand Highlander Hybrid or Hybrid Max. Only requires regular fuel.
