There are a few players who are somewhat similar and are success cases. Vando came to my Lakers and was huge for us in the 22-23 season, he started for us and legit earned his $12M/year contract we gave him. Hurt last year. Brandon Clarke is a similar size and has less length; if Dunn can develop to be as good as him in the short roll with floaters and passing (he flashes nice passing) then he can fit into a Clarke type role. Next - the most valuable tenant of Aaron Gordon’s role for the Nuggets on offense is dunker spot stuff. Even during games that AG isn’t creating off the dribble; he still brings good offensive value in the dunker’s spot. Shot 29% on 3s this year. And Dunn is an even better defender in my opinion. But most offenses don’t get a dunkers spot 4 to be as prolific as Gordon benefiting from Joker.

They keep putting this kid on my NYK’s, and it makes me freak’n 🤢🤮. He is not a 1st round talent. Before I draft this kid, I am taking Mogbo! I’ve been arguing with this dimwit on another site, and it’s crazy how he trying to convince me that his shot, handle and overall offensive skill set will get better over time. That his defense makes up for all his shortcomings on offense. Laughable I say! I asked him to name me 1 ☝🏾1st rd player drafted strictly for his defensive skills! And how long did he last with the team he was drafted by? Isaac Okoro was the last player to my knowledge drafted with that mindset. How’s that working out for the Cavs🤷🏾‍♂️. Mogbo is just as poor of a shooter as Dunn, but he was a primary ballhandler and facilitator on SFU. Even if Dunn was available at pick 38 where my NYK’s pick, I’m still passing on him and taking Baylors Jalen Bridges!
