Lando holds himself to VERY high standards and is his own sharpest critic. I don’t mind that. As a fan of the sport, Max’s amazing driving was my highlight. As a long term fan of Lewis, seeing him back on the podium was my highlight of the race. Cannot wait for Ferrari to give him a competitive car next year.

@@Redlingstein Merc only gave Lewis a one year guaranteed deal. It was a lousy one plus one and they refused to make him a brand ambassador. It was a push out the door. Ferrari offered him both. Lewis was going to be gone in a year anyway, because Toto wanted Kimi Antonelli.

Went out for dinner on the 23rd and this couple walking their dog sat next to us. At first they were just sitting there next to their mom, but then got scared because of the fireworks going off and ended up hiding under the table. The couple decided to give up on dinner and took their puppy home. Met a guy fellow Kym follower on a group tour the day after the race, very jealous he got a selfie with you. (Hello Levi)

I think Alpine is offering a mega last minute offer to Carlos that is giving him second thoughts especially in light of its improved form in contrast to Williams’ poor form unfortunately. Flavio is some operator.

But Lando’s focus is on the wrong thing. He focuses on the WC now he has won 1 race, expects to win each race, claims he ‘should have’ each race… in stead he should focus on optimizing each session, each Quali and race, and then at the end of the season you see where you are. Like Max does. 1 session at a time. Not driving for WC but driving AS OPTIMAL as possible. To become WC you need consistency not constantly claiming you should have won, while making mistakes….

Alpine was nowhere this season and only these last 2 races improved. Before Montreal they were NOBODY’s choice as seat…..

@@Redlingstein I would never go to Alpine if I were a driver. It is the most dysfunctional F1 team. The exodus of senior respected F1 figures from that team is shocking and a terrible commentaryon the team. And bringing cheater to be a senior advisor for the team who was given a lifetime band for cheating says all I need to know. Certainly not a team I’ll be rooting for even though I do like Pierre. Some of the team members are quite nice, but the management is a basket case.

@@Redlingstein there are aren’t many drivers currently or in the history of F1 who have ever driven with the consistency or lack of big errors of Max Verstappen. Whether or not you are his fan, it is impossible to deny his immense talent as a driver. Lando is an excellent driver who can win races, but he does not have Max’s talent, focus or consistency. He is more likable to fans than Max, but as a driver, he will never be Max.

I think it's interesting that the FIA can fine Lance Stroll (not that I care about him) for not attending, but when spectators were refused entry into a practice session at the Canadian GP, why wasn't the FIA fined for stuffing up that?

Has Danny Rick got a look in as Number 2 at Red Bull because Sergio has loop holes in his new contract ? Anika is very very lucky as a RAAF mate seriously burnt his hand when the timber component on the fireworks splintered and got caught in his hand and burnt the daylights (severe Grade 3 burns) out of his hand.

As a kid I remember Hawk Tu-ee as a slang for expectorating on someone or something. I didn't know George had a girlfriend. And imagine the orange car was the fastest on the track and still can't win. Some of those girlfriends of drivers don't come close to a 10. The only 10 was George going from 4 to1st at the start. That was an 11. Your videos are fun.

Talking about stickers, the RAAF Roulettes stickered up the AFL Grand Final Cup on its base one year and it was only visible when the winning team lifted the cup. 😂😂😂 Australian Defence Force Units love stickering up other Squadron/Units equivalent especially CO's stuff.

McLaren has to teach Lando to learn to accept when he is not the winner no matter the pace of any car no one has the right to a race win. He is getting too beside himself and shows it too much on the podium of all places. I'm British by the way and it is glaring that the British media stayed silent something they would not have done had it been Hamilton who displayed the same disdain for not winning.

I don't read his comments as putting himself down. He isn't satisfied coming second. Is that really bad in the world of sports? IMO he has matured a lot the last year. He will be the champion one day, and it'll be very deserved.

this shows u really don't know anything about Lando, he wears his emotions openly and is very self critical since his karting days. He is maturing and learning to cope with self-dissapointment, his team knows this and don't need to tell him anything. Every person is different and they're allowed to express happiness or disappointment however works for them

Lando needs to face reality. After lap 4 , RB / Max was clearly managing the race & saving engine life. At no point, after lap 1 did Lando realistically have a chance to win the race. It's a sad fact but true.

So many people get injured in the US during 4th of July because of those Fire Works. Carlos is clearly showing what kind of a loser he really is on and off track. If I were a team owner, I'd never hire him as a Driver. He complained about his team mate and then L. Hamilton for no reason! Be a Man and stop acting like a little girl.
