Hey bro currently i am diagnosed with chb virus but doctor suggested me to follow up and said he will only observe now but my fibroscan result show 9.2kpa but other liver function gives normal results but when i done liver function test one got SGOT serum 36 u/l (According to this report my normal range has under 35 but another lab report give me other result of SGOT 24 (according to this report normal range is 0- 37 ) how this possible? 2)AFP- 3.59 ng/ml 3)anti hbc igm -; negative 4)hbeag -0.137 negative( very close to positive 0.147 5)SGPT- 28u/l 6) hbv - hepatitis b viral load (quantitative)

Your reports are normal and viral load is very low nothing is worry about it. But cap score is 9.2kpa means moderate scarring in the liver. > What is your body weight? > Do you feel slightly pain in the left or right upper abdomen? > is there any other complications right now?

@@myhealthwisdombut another doctor recommended ct scan and those reports suggest initial cirosis development so doctor gave me antiviral ent.... 0.5mg i don't clearly Remember medicine name but i don't have any others complications right now and I will join gym memberships in coming days to do exercise and also I am already developing a healthy lifestyle so I started to eat healthy food like 5 types of fruits,egg,nuts rice, chapti ,dal in my diet.

@@gauravraj5755 Yes your cap score is high already told you before. It may be signify formed of fibrosis in liver which is the primary stage of cirrhosis. For quick recovery, dont take egg yolk, rice for sometime at this stage. dont take alcohol. Do exercise at least weekly 5 days, it will be reversed. Eat more papaya whether it is raw or ripe.

Your viral load is low, dont worry. When viral level goes > 10 000 copies/mL or 2000 IU/mL then medication with special treatment required. But at the moment you need to follow up the treatment only. Dont take alcohol

See, this virus is very complicated and dangerous. Why delaying for permanent cure medicine, for that already we have make a video. Please find in our channel. Finally, HBV DNA can be negative due to antibody or medicne. But after some years it can be positive again, because it's a 2 layers virus , that contain antigen virus inside and outside. When you take medicine it is easy to kill outside layer virus called hbsag. But it is not possible to kill virus and DNA create the virus reservoir itself secretly. This is the main issue.

It is seen some doctors also prescribed Aciclovir antiviral tablet for hbv patient. But it has not any role in the treatment of chronic hepatitis b virus infection. Though it is an anti-viral medication it can low down the viral level to some extent not for cured.

1) Viral level is not high at the moment .But you need to check in every 6 months difference. 2) Yes there is a chance it can be transmitted from mother to child. But tell your doctor about this and your doctor will give hepatitis B immune globulin called HBIG within 12 hours of being born this will protect to your baby from hepatitis b. 3) Breastfeeding is not a risk factor for mother-to-child transmission of HBV.

i want to participate for clinical trials, i am CHB patient since when i was diagnose 2022 , i took tenofovir 300mg, before then after 1 year my doctor said Everything on my results are normal then he change my antiviral pills into tenofovir alaferamide 25mg. and my next follow check up and laboratory will be by march this year ..

HBV chronic person life could be long, dont neglect in your treatment in every 6 months, do regular exercise, eat more fruits and vegetables, avoid heavy oily, greasy foods, red meats, alcohol. Dont sex without condoms because if any dangerous virus come in the body like HIV, C, B, then patient's condition will be more pathetic. I hope you can understand. So, don't panic enjoy your life, always try to be happy definitely your life will be long.

This is only for Hepatits B patient. Hepatitis C is RNA based virus, so after taking a full course of anti-viral medication virus get cleared. Consult with an experienced liver doctor and have good knowledge the treatment of hepatitis. You will be free from this virus.

I don't think its a speculation. Actually, during the trial period research team noticed many side effects have to seen in the patients, in between they also try to sort out the side effects of the medications. Medication will be successfully released in the market, when it will be 99% successful in the trial period. Otherwise FDA will not be passed to release in the market. See as per WHO's report, there many research companies have claimed they do research on advanced medications for hepatitis B, some also told they do research on with AI. However, Bepirovirsen also approved by FDA in the first phase. So, as per their commitment we need to wait till then.
