Do you have arthritis issue? because these are the symptoms of arthritis/osteoporosis diseases. It is very common found in hbv patients in the long run. Please clear it is arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis

if your partner is also a chronic hbv patient, then there is no issue. But if your partner is not infected , then your partner need to be hbv vaccinated before sex.

This is good news, Bepirovirsen approved by FDA in the 1st phase. But still some side effects have bepirovirsen seen during the clinical trial, research team trying to improve in the patients, once it will work successfully then GSK will launch in the market.

Iam hep b positive patient for 6 years long. Taking viral load test 1 year once. Do i need to check other tests as routine such as lft, scan, plz guide me. Having 2 kids with vaccinated. Do i need to check them whethee they're affected or not?

you need to do following test at least in every 6 months: 1) LFT 2) KFT 3) Fibroscan or Whole Abdomen Ultrasound 4) HbsAg, HBeAg, HBV DNA Dont wait for 1 year it is too long. If your kids are vaccinated, means they are safe, no need to do blood test again and again .

It can be negative but in very rare case not for all. But yes ThervacB, bepirovirsen are advanced no doubt, they have trial period going on. Medicine will be launched in the market when successful rate will be 99% as per FDA.

Where is your other report? HBV DNA Fibroscan report ALT/AST Yes your surface antigen viral level is high and your hbsag is reactive. you need to do this test again after 3 months, also you can ask your doctor about it.

My hbv viral load is 67,232 iu/ml Liver function test and ultrasound result shows normal so the doctor deny me to give the antiviral medicine. Do you think they are right

as per your report: alt/ast: normal ultrasound rep: normal hbeag: ?? I hope negative then you dont need medicine at the moment. but you need be very careful to do a viral test just after 6 months to monitor the viral level. Viral level also fluctuated, so dont worry. In this condition medicine will not work that's why your doctor not allowed for anti-virals.

As per your report you mentioned, you are a chronic hepatitis b patient. Your viral marker is not so high still your antibody is working. DNA also not so high so dont worry follow up your treatment in every 3-6 months as your doctor suggested. Do you have any complications?

@@user-yw4pu1up9t viral level can be totally almost to 0 , if you can do follow regular exercise, eat less oil foods, avoid alcohol, follow up the regular treatment as your doctor suggested. Now anti-viral cant be suggested because of low viral load.
