Deegan has certainly changed his technique in 2024 outdoors compared to last year. More corner speed, more calculated but still sends and gets lose when needed. I think his 2025 SX will be very impressive with his new skill set.
Deegan was very polished in this interview, shows he’s maturing. Answered each question with a well thought out response. And I only remember one “100 percent” thrown in there 😂
Can’t lie, I have had a huge breakthrough during this interview!!! First, Lewis’ accent didn’t grate on my nerves (just my opinion!) Secondly, Hunter did a great interview. He will never be Jett when it comes to personality! No problem; I think Hunter has loosened up this year and we’re seeing more about him as a racer and person. I like it.
I’m with you on everything, especially lewis, I don’t see anything wrong with him, people that do need to be more open minded and realize us americans aren’t the only ones on this planet
Watching Kenny on a 250 is my primary motivation to watch. Unrelated, I think it’s time to have a PRO VET class, but make the age 35 and do one 25 minute moto at the end of the day. I’d like to see some guys keep racing or even come out of retirement. Imagine if Pastrana or Deeg Sr showed up. Fans would go ape.
Gonna be interesting seeing Kickstart Kenny on a 250. Just glad we've got motocross this weekend! Been too damn long. I've got Deegan taking 250's and most likely Chase or maybe even Ando in 450. So glad Webb is back too! Tomac..? Any word..? Unadilla LFG!
And hunter found out what ?? There was nothing wrong with him.. sexton just has him covered at the end of races. Anybody who says sexton isnt riding better now than the first race of the season is crazy. It was his first race on the ktm. He had to build a base with testing and developement on a steel frame which he never raced outdoors before.
Cant really wait to see kenny on a 250.he doesn't know what a rev limiter is and rides so low in the rpm range. Will be interesting it might be the best thing for him to get the aggressive riding back. Coop definitely looks like he had some coors lights on his break
Its refreshing to hear Deegan, everyone else has fake modesty. They are competitors at the highest level, don't act like you are doing everything to win.

My goodness. Hunter is seemingly incapable of being happy. The dude complains before the break saying how tired and burnt out he is. Then on press day after 3 weeks off, the best we can get is "im looking forward to banging these last 3 out". Sure its a long season but wow he just seems so annoyed with racing all the time.
Anybody notice how when Hunter is talking about the bloodwork he insinuates that they found something but then when the question was asked if they actually found something he first talking about the Internet commenters then talking about the wear and tear of a long season sounds to me like he realizes he's just not the superior athlete to Chase Sexton doesn't want to admit he did a bunch of blood work for nothing I'm a jet fan but Hunter seems like he's more like a tate reed than a chad reed(for those that have likely failed reading comprehension the majority of this comment is talking about their mentality because I'm talking about their mentality...)

Notice whenever Tate comes off the track he has some sort of excuse especially during Loretta's. you can say the same about Hunter I've seen one time where he's admitted to just being gas when facing Chase every other time is some weird excuse I'm not comparing his skill but the fact that his brother the few times he lost was able to accept he just wasn't the best on that day but just like Tate is making excuses.

Dude Do you realise how stupid that comment is. Hunter is second in points first year on a 450. He admitted he is worn out first year doing a full 450 season and has done some tests and working on getting his body right. How do you know what he is going through with his health. He didn't sound like he was making excuses to me and remember chase has been on a 450 for a while now.
