That's the input to the black tank flush, not the output. So the only hose going near those holes is a fresh water hose. Black tank flush would be done after camping, so it's unlikely that bacteria from the black tank is a huge risk with that design. But if Wildwood sees this, it'd probably be wise to put the black tank flush below the fresh valve! It's something we can mention to our rep!
