This is a very good and informative review, one thing I personally like to hear about is the height of the drivers seat from the ground, this is something elderly or disabled people appreciate as it makes a huge difference. Also just a hint to the left of the steering wheel there are a couple of slots for your fast charging cards.
Very informative video. A couple of errors though. This vehicle final assembly is in Belgium so there is no Federal Tax Credit for this car and this car does not have Android Auto it does however have Google In Car, which in my opinion gives you more than just the Android Auto App still a nice review, thanks
Push the left stalk like switching on high beams before closing the door and you get all lights on for 30 or 60 sec. Pretty nice feature to walk in darkness from the car to your house.
There’s also a setting to do this automatically every time. Home Safe? I selected it in my settings so I don’t have to push the stalk to activate. Love that setting 💡
I have option of the xc40 or BMW i4 as a company car. No cost difference for me so really down to preference. It seems the i4 has a better user interface with full blu tooth connection
How can an outdated 2024 Volvo XC40 Recharge be valued higher than a Tesla Model Y with its self-driving capabilities and far superior technology? Just look at its infotainment system, which looks like it's from a decade ago. Who would even consider buying it?
No, too expensive for those interiors, suede seats? No, a lot of recycled plastics? No, No premium audio system like HK or B&W, even.?!?! again, if the car was 30K, maybe I would consider it, but north of 60K?!!! That is crazy, I can get a loaded Audi, or a loaded Ultimate Volvo xc60!
Range is way less than what it’s advertised, I talk by experience with my long range XC40, doesn’t get even close to the miles it say it will, make better reviews os the most important issue next time pleas.
It’s a nice car, but it’s too expensive. I don’t think the legacy names mean as much in the EV market. I can get a well made Ioniq 5 that is larger and has more range. I’m not going to to pay a lot more for a Chinese made Volvo. I don’t think this is a better quality EV.
Nothing about Goggle voice control? Failed to show the pass tru for longer items? What about charging speed? Over and over again with the same statements . Sorry but a waste of time if you want purchase this EV.
