Yep, i just paid 7.97 for the seed starting mix at home depot ugh! Those .50 seeds are good seeds. They had them last year too.

Yes, By the time I found the .50 seeds last year, most were already gone. That's one of the reasons I rushed home and posted this video so fast, so that people could be aware the bargains are available now, but probably won't last long.

One thing I found out the hard way, is that most of the onion sets you can buy at the big box stores, is that they all tend to be long day. I live in a short day area. You found some good deals. The packaged fruit roots in the plastic and cardboard packaging at home depot are quite a bit higher. And to think my home depot is right smack dab next to walmart.... I got all my seeds planted up and under the lights yesterday, so im happy about that!

Yes, there are some other great deals at the Walmart Garden Center that I didn't show, as I didn't want the video to get too long. But Walmart also has a few items that are higher than Lowes or Home Depot, so it will pay to check prices on as much as you can before you buy. Already planted seeds? Ha... you got garden fever! Not me. I don't want to have to care for those plants so long before I put them in the ground. I'm actually going to start Lettuce next week though, but the tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and squash , etc. will have to wait. Also, I'm going to use a new method of starting seeds outdoors in Mid-April where I won't have to transplant the seedlings. Thanks for the comment and info.
