@@KirkKreifels yes Kirk that’s what realest want something different & reliable despite all the shenanigans that’s going on we still luv our Toyota’s 😁
Doesn't that still use the GM V8 that has routine valve lifter failure and was subject to multiple lawsuits because of the flawed design? If so, I pass.
Too overstayed. All the full size pick up trucks are too overstayed and garish looking. The only new truck that is not annoying to look is a f150 lower level trim with everything black out
meh... another poorly built GM! Yes Tundra's had early problems with the engines, but overall Toyota Quality is still leaps and bounds above GM, Chryco or Ford!! Additionally, Toyota's engine problem also offered a free engine replacement covered by a recall. If you do maintenance on your car/truck, Toyotas will last far longer costing far less in maintenance/repairs than GMs!
Yes they took out the leather panel door pockets. I own the 2024 denali ultimate with the diesel and so far its a great truck. Fuel economy is 26MPG with mixed driving.
OG tundras vs OG GM, Ford, Ram made sense 20yrs ago. Current times. Tundras are absolutely woke Thrash! Price, features, interior, exterior, engine, driving dynamic. So grossly underwhelming vs, GM twins, Ford, Hemi V8 Ram (not new i6). Went with the GM twins instead. V8 & Diesels will win, always. 5.3 is too good vs. Toyota v6.
Toyota fudged it all up with the new Tundra & Taco. This is Murica, not Asia/Japan or wokey Australia. Bring the V8 back. Sierra, Silverado, 1500 > Tundra.
@@F85M yeah, me too to be honest. Having said that, if the reliability thing gets worked out, this engine will end up being a favourite because it's definitely capable.
@@ytj22 ppl might think I’m hatin due to my comments. Id pick up a new gen Tundra & Taco (manual). For the $ they’re asking though. I went w the V8 GMC. If all is well during the refresh of Tundra. I don’t mind trading in. But no markups for sure.
My attempt at role play ended with me accidentally calling my partner by my ex's name. Let's just say it took a while to recover from that awkward moment🍭
