Williams has a shot. She is somewhat competing against Johnson for an all american spot. It is hard to get multiple players on these teams unless your team is really elite. And the SEC will be tough this year.
This is definitely one of my favorite videos you've made! Here are my thoughts. As you said, the third team is really hard to predict because there could probably be 20 or more different players outside of the 5 you said that could make it. I can honestly see Morrow making it only because she will have to carry LSU in the post for the most part. I think someone else who could make 3rd team is Olivia Cochran from Louisville. Not sure why lol but I have a feeling Louisville could be good with her leading them. At first when I saw HH as your "lock" I disagreed because of the reasons you had Miles as an honorable mention rather than a 3rd team. However, with her being the best defensive guard and arguably the best defensive player, you can take away some points and still ensure her dominance. Overall, I agree with most of your picks. Although I'm not counting out Sarah Strong and/or Jana El Alfy. I am biased but I could see them dominating in a thinner post spot for UConn.
I’m glad you enjoyed, it’s one my personal favorites as well! The point you made about it Aneesah Morrow is interesting. Sa’Myah Smith coming back will her out a lot, but there’s no denying with Angel been gone that her responsibilities will increase. Louisville had a disappointing season last year, but Jeff Waltz teams don’t stay down for long, and OC could be a big part of that. I heavily considered Sarah Strong/Jana. Their ceilings are definitely multi timeAA players. I definitely think they will some in the future.
Great effort in this video! There’s gonna be so many elite players it’s hard to predict. I think it actually would be really cool if Fournier turns out to be dominant- the ACC could use a couple more stars. Lucy Olsen is someone I’m very curious about, if she can help keep Iowa from falling off too hard she could definitely be an all American. I’m not sure if Booker’s numbers will take a hit with Harmon returning but is it 100% certain Harmon will be back right away?
I appreciate the compliments! I’d be very surprised if Rori is available at the start of the season. It usually takes about a year for a player to fully recover from an ACL injury, and she tore it in December.

I think you're right, or right-ish anyway. It's just about impossible to predict, what with injuries and exceptional performances playing such a big role. I was particularly impressed with your selection of Lucy Olsen. As somebody whose team (Uconn) had to play her three times a year (two conference games and the tournament), believe: she's good. Real good. If-you-shut-her-down-to-20-points-you're-doing-great good. I think you may be missing a bet on Jana el-Alfy, or she may not develop they way we'd like to see, but believe in her for now. I've seen some footage from her overseas games. If that carries through she'll give Lauren Betts a run for her money. Sarah Strong is another good bet, but playing behind Jana her minutes will be limited this year. Next year is when she shines. I'm not familiar enough with anybody other than Uconn to predict what the other frosh will do, except I'll say I confidently predict they'll be some surprises.
Great video bro! I'm worried about Olivia Myles & Hannah Hildago playing together. I hope it works out. If so Notre Dame is going to be a serious problem and potentially a Number 1 team for majority of the year.
Ayoka Lee - easily could get injured. Toby Fournier - interesting. We had multiple freshmen all americans last year. So, it makes sense that something similar could happen this year. I would probably put Strong or Edwards as more likely though. Lucy Olsen on second team. Might be more controversial than Fournier. She has more weapons on Iowa though; so theoretically she should get easier shots and her assists should go up. I am interested to see how she does. Lauren Betts on the first team. Like Ayoka Lee. A big player. Like Bill Walton. Like Greg Oden. I worry about her ability to stay healthy. Why did the UCLA coach have that tearful press conference last year? What is in her medical file? I don't want to dig deeper. But I have a bad feeling about her. Honorable mention. Chen was honorable mention at Princeton. Maybe at UConn she will be honorable mention again? It will be a disappointing year for Azzi Fudd if she is not in the mix nationally. I have mentioned injuries for a few players already. But Azzi is playing for her basketball career this year imo.

Kiki Rice is a stretch she is a good playmaker and finisher but the lack of shooting unless she worked on it in the off-season will continue to limit her significantly. My money is that Morrow makes it.
My prediction is Lauren Betts will win POY. The gap between her and the 2nd best player is wider then any of the 1st Team Candidates. Love Kiki Rice but I believe Rori Harmon, Olivia Miles, the other Kiki and Sarah Strong are just as good.

UConn will play SC this year they are on the schedule the date has yet to be determined. it should be a great game as long as UConn comes in healthy not missing 5 players like last year. A game they kept close for most of the game before SC pulled away. McDonald's all America game was long ago amongst high schoolers. Both much better bigger and stronger. There is no date because Dawn has not yet set her schedule. She waits every year to see what her conference schedule looks like. If you knew a damn thing about the programs other than being an SC homer you would know that UConn plays the toughest non conference schedule year in and year out. They have never ducked anybody. Number one toughest non conference schedule every year for the past 10 years. He schedules more top ten teams than any other coach in college. Last year played 10 teams that were ranked in the top 15 at 1 point or another during the season. He has to because his conference is weak that is why he does it. That includes your precious SC. Also if you knew anything about there scheduling SC and UConn signed a home and home series before last season assuring that they will play each other for the next few years. So please before you open your cock holster know what the your talking about. JuJu got help from who exactly USC basically Played 7 players because of injury last year. Fulwiley had the deepest team in the country to help her. Fulwiley is a great player in her own right but make no mistake she had plenty of help. So please before you try and respond do some GD research and know what you're talking about because with what you say in your comments you look pretty ignorant. Also it's Staley you keep saying Stanley have enough respect to at least get her name right. After all she is a top 2-3 coaches in the game right now. yeah I know #1 in your eyes. But as Geno always has said you dont win games with bad players. Also I dont want to hear how tough the SEC was last year they only had 2 teams in the top 25 for most of the year. SC will and should be the favorite next year but just as I give SC there due Uconn has a pretty good guard named Paige. Who when healthy is as good as any guard in the country again not because she is white which is probably why you dont like her but because of what she has accomplished in the game. Last year one of the most efficient shooters in the game at 53% from the field she finished the season the #1 ranked player in her class for a reason. Fulwiley was #6 in her class. Quite an accomplishment and an expect she will move up some spots this year. Tough class that included Hildago who is another great guard.. Your own coach called Paige one of the most Elite players in the game. Again Dawn see's the talent not the color. Something maybe you could learn a lesson from. I see greatness not color. maybe because I come from mixed marriage. Also again know your stats Fulwiley averaged 18 min a game last year not 10. Quit throwing numbers off the top of your head dig in do the research helps to not make you not look like a dumb ass when you do the research. In closing imagine last year SC had 5 major injuries 3 of them to starters how would that have impacted there season. I know one team that made it to the final 4 with 7 on the bench. I think that means some pretty good coaching was done. Again give people there due for what they accomplish because of there ability to coach. No matter what there are a lot of great coaches out there who do the best for there kids. Not only Geno & Staley. Open up your mind a bit a ck out these other programs Like Texas, UCLA, Notre Dame, even LSU and I hate LSU. But SC along with a couple other teams out there will be tough outs this upcoming season. @@mischievoustimes8460 Also there is a reason Dawn does not schedule to many non conference games. The SEC expanded this year by 2 teams. Your only allowed so many non conference opponents. Dawn has always stated she likes to concentrate on her conference games. There is not much room for non conference opponents anymore due to expansion and the limit of games they can play during the season. It's not so much teams ducking SC that is simply not the case. I see they have Michigan, UCLA, & Uconn only non conference games this year. That pretty much rounds out there schedule. As Far as I can tell after doing the research.
