Hey pat, maybe an experiment with the dev lab would be to try drafting different levels of talent in parallel drafts and seeing how well draft picks develop via the lab. you could designate 2-4 dev lab slots for the top 2-4 draft picks in any save and see if you can get 45 ceiling guys to become as productive as 70 ceiling guys. Success rate for me seems as random as an actual 70 grade potential player hitting that 70 grade. Really can't find any patterns yet. Seems like the RNG gods are a little more involved this version?
