Just to add to Mr. Richman's about the ethnic origins of Jews. In Poland-Lithuania, there was a split in the 1600's Calvinist community between Christian Calvinists and Unitarian Calvinists. The Christian Calvinists were allowed to remain in Poland, because they were Christians and believed in the Holy Trinity. On the otherhand, the majority of Calvinists, the Unitarian Calvinists, were given the choice to leave Poland-Lithuania, because they had become atheists, which was forbidden by the law. Some of the Unitarian Calvinists found a law, that Jews unlike heretics deserve the protection of the Monarch, so, the majority of the Polish Calvinist Church to remain in Poland became Jewish. After 1660, the Polish Jewish community swelled with converts, who were quickly Judaised. The majority of the world's Jews are Askenazy Jews or Polish Jews, who are a mixed community.

How is it that tenants have more of a right to the property than a landlord? Outside of this context I doubt Saif would come down on the side of tenants. If I own a building but don't live there do the tenants have more of a right to ownership even if their children live there after them?

In Muslim countries, non Muslims are often required to pay a tax called the Jizya, so yes there is a non-Muslim only tax
