An excellent routine.... happy tho if, without a "next up" inset, you can describe the exercise (flash words on the screen?) or give a different angle as sometimes one cannot always tell, what is fully being done!
Couldn’t do the last 2 exercises but I think I’m getting better at doing the exercises straight through the 45 seconds without taking a break. Hopefully one day I can do the whole video without taking extra breaks!
You do !! I’m not sure if you’ve kept going or not but I started about 3 weeks ago and my results have been amazing, I promise it you’ll be genuinely shocked at your own strength and endurance after a little
I love these! Been doing them twice a day and I'm already sore af. I love how elegant the movements feel, they don't bother my knees and it's quiet so I can do it in the morning while people are still asleep. Thank you!
Day 3 complete 🎉 I start to feel bad when I can’t do an exercise but then I remember when I first started doing these I couldn’t do any of them! Thank you so much Lidia ❤
doing this everyday for a month! recently finished doing another 30 minute daily video along with like another 4 daily videos but nowww i am starting this! day 1: started off just doing this only today but have decided this will be my new daily workout! day 2: really burnt today day 3: so achey today since i worked out/did weights yesterday so everything is killing me 😭 day 4: busy day today i’m so tired 😭this is my last workout of the day today! day 5: normal day 6: did this in the middle of my day instead of night today so it was weird 😭 day 7: sort of new it off by heart today but still needed help day 9: i had such a busy day i got home late and did my pilates when i just wanted to lay down day 10: did it without the video today! day 12: can now do it by heart ❤ day 13: i did it all but fsr on the last exercise i just completely forgot it day 15: good! 17: went for a run first time in a while today b 18: went for another run day 19: didn’t do much today day 20: today i am so exhausted mentally and physically so it took me a lot of work to not do this today but i have decided not to day 21: i am still burnt out but managed to get myself to do my daily pilates today day 22: feel a tiny bit better today and is this day 23: good today sweat so much day 24: so tired today been busy day 26: i’m so tired hardly slept day 30?: idek what day it is today but i’ll just say 30 😭 day 31!!!: honestly even though this really is a great workout i’m glad i’ve finished 😭every time i’ve had to do this i dread it (i’m fine doing it and after ofc) but idk i just always dread doing it so i’m glad i’ve finished!
@@ooo-pu3bt i saw a tiny bit of results of looking more toned but if you want proper results you need to carry on doing all sorts of things and keep up the pilates :)
after doing this challenge and some cardio i noticed some good changes, been using these videos to creat my own routine and its been helping a lot! i feel stronger and they don't tire me out as much as it used to. You're amazing!! ty for this 💞
Hi Lidia, I'm on week 2, and I've noticed so much improvement! last week, I couldn't hold a plank for even 20 seconds, and this week, I did the whole 45 seconds!! I love ur videos ❤❤
Day 3: ✅✅ I didn't feel like i was sweating, i didnt even realise it until i looked down my mat and it was full of sweat droplets. It was low impact! Cant wait to shower
Had my period yesterday so I did day 3 today ! I messed up but at least I could try to finish this week ! It's also the first time I comment but I did day 1 and 2 and I love it, it's really beginner friendly and I feel good and proud of myself for moving my body little by little ! Also I have a question, when I do for exemple a right leg exercise, why do I feel it in my left leg ?
Omg every video I feel like I’m not going to make it and at that exact moment you close it out. I’m sweating and maybe crying a little but thank you for this challenge 😂🩵 idk how I’m going to get thru day 4 but let’s go!
Day 1 👍 Day 2 👍 Day 3 👍- This video was a little difficult for me than the two prior videos but i had fun Day 4 👍- I was too lazy to workout today but i dragged myself to my laptop to do this workout and i am grateful to myself for it. Today was just a 10 min session so i felt it was a little small but i was all sweaty at the end so i think the purpose has been served. I do see some changes in myself after doing these workout, i feel i am more active throughout the day. Day 5-👍
Just did day 3! my legs and inner thighs were sore from yesterdays day 2 vid... but i powered through!! ive been feeling good the workouts seem to get easier-- i think just from my body getting used to the moves. will update !!
