Just want to clarify that a workout can target the abs, but cannot give you an hourglass -that depends on your body type. You're either born with an hourglass or you're not. No type or amount of exercise can give you an hourglass if you don't already have it. And if you have it, no matter how sedentary you may be, you'll keep it

hi! great workout. question regarding the "burn 200 cals" claim, i tracked this workout using my garmin vivomove style 'pilates' activity tracker and it said i burned around 75 calories during the workout, any idea which is more accurate? Im aware each body burns calories at a different rate- for an idea i have a bmi of 20 and about 21% body fat has anyone else tracked this? if so please share your experiance. thanks.

thank you for being here!! regarding the mats i have only ever tried two different brands - lululemon and alo yoga. I really love both the same honestly, they are reeeeally similar, just make sure you get a thick one (5mm). I’ve also heard really good things about the liforme mats. Hope that helps!! 🤍
