just wanted to let you guys that I've achieved my dream weight and body with Lidia's workouts just in 3 weeks (I've lost 6 kgs) KEEEP GOINGGG YOU'RE GONNA SLAYY
@@elenaorzan6631 first week i exercised for 6 days (i know it's crazy but i was so motivated) second week for 4 days and the third week i exercised for 5 days🫶🫶
@@Hannah22011 i wrote how many days i workout but i workout for 30-45 min. I didn't do any workouts but Lidia's workouts. I didnt eat bread (only half slice when i really wanted to eat) and i didnt eat fast food or pasta except for the 5 days i had to eat.
26/08 - I really loved this workout ! First time doing it but definitely not last. But personally I don’t really like the voiceover much (except for the intro and last part of course) ^^
ughh everyome's saying its easy for beginners but i personally really struggled with this (im guessing cause i literally have not done any other sports than ballet for 3 years a very long time ago and casual swimming for 3 months every year)
The last part completely killed my legs. Your workouts are amazing and the difference I've seen in my body makes me so happy and confident. Thank you!! ❤
@@chrismarvel850 I got way more thinner in 3-4 weeks and im not even that consistent but if u do it 2 or 3 times a week u will start noticing changes !!!!
@@chrismarvel850 i have been doing her workouts for about a month and i have seen huge changes. my body became way more toned and slim. I've lost 8lbs (4kg). I'm feeling a lot better since i'm doing her workouts but i also ate healthier to achieve my goals (still do) hope that helped!!
I've been doing your 20 min Pilates workouts for a week now ( a different one every day) and I have gotten the best results!! Thank you for helping me get my summer body ✨💕
Great session, as usual!!! And to everyone, if you see this comment, I wish your workout was amazing and that you'll hit your goals soon! 🔥 Best wishes to everyone!❤️
This was amazing! Thank you a lot for the video. I am a teenager trying to get back in shape and i was very intimidated by gym and workouts in general because it seemed so difficult everytime i tried. Also i sweat a lot but with this video, i didnt sweat as much as i thought i would (which is good) while also feeling my muscles work. I'll certainly do this again!
This video is my favourite because you're narrating it with your soft & calming voice, but please don't increase the volume of the music after each narration; it impacts the peaceful tone of the workout:)
Thanks so much for this video, i have pcos and anemia, so I'm currently extremely weak, is the second day and I can't believe I didn't even realized I did the 20 minutes without trying to give up. I know I didn't do it perfectly but I know I well get to your level. I'm crying cause I wanted to give upon exercising but this simple exercises make it so easy for me to start. Thanks so much, god bless you a lot.
Its great but I hope you direct verbally how the next move is going to be before the next timer starts. Its difficult for beginners to look back and forth the screen to check out what we're gonna do next :)
Hey Lidia! I’m replacing Chloe’s two week shred challenge with this workout. Is it enough to replace hitt work outs with? Or will I end up gaining weight? Thank you for this amazing workout much love ❤
I felt really unmotivated today and then saw you uploaded! I did this workout all the way through thinking it’s only 20 mins but I still felt the burn 😂 really enjoying your workouts ❤
It's a nice workout but: 1. It's not full body. I feel like it really hits abs, glutes and hamstrings, but it definitely doesn't hit your back, chest, arms, quads... 2. It's not beginner friendly. I just started doing pilates, but I work out at the gym regularly and I struggled with some of the exercises, while I felt like others were doing nothing. Some of the exercises tire you out because of the uncomfortable position more than because they actually hit your muscles. Overall it's a good workout, but it doesn't match with what the title advertises.
i’ve been super insecure about my body lately, because my water polo season is over and there are no more practices to attend. So I wanted to try pilates because I heard a lot of good things about it. I’ve been doing these pilates videos (different ones every day) for almost a month and am seeing a lot of good results. tysm Lidia
@@lkki_ thank you! i one thing i did do was always choose water over unhealthy carbonated drinks with lots of sugar and trying not to eat too late and keep a steady sleep schedule. i have also been doing her workouts with leg weights and mixing her workouts with cardio. hope this helps
I just experimented a little bit normally did some plank, some bosu ball balancing excercises, i just looked up some good ones to do and chose which ones i like the most.
Good workout in a beautiful setting. My one piece of feedback though was to have better sound mixing. Your voice instructions were soft but then the background music loud. Kind of hard to find a good volume level
I dont know how this is beginner friendly when nothing is explained. How do I position arms and feet, which bodypart is trained, do I have to flex my foot or not, etc. When nothing is explained the risk of getting wrong habits is really high. I dont understand why you dont talk and explain the exercises
I love your workouts but could you say your transitioning to a new move? like when your pulsing your leg then move into donkey kicks in mid move. It hurts my neck constantly looking up and checking if your still doing what you said you were doing, It would just make it better thanks!😭❤
I started this exercise yesterday and it’s comparative easy and fun to do this idk why but I love it. I’m gonna keep a track of the exercise because if I don’t i know I’ll forget to do it Day 1 ✅ Day 2✅ Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 If I get to a week then I’m sure I deserve a break Day 8 Day 9 Day 10 Day 11 Day 12 Day 13 Day 14 Hopefully I’m here and then ofc a break
thank you so much! this is what i call the Pilates for my soul 🩵 highly recommended to the girls who are eager lovers of hard workouts (as i am - who thought that harder is better). but the real use is health and mindfulness. Lidia’s workouts teach to love ourselves ❣️ and such workouts may be effective for body? absolutely !
Hi, i nearly watched this video, it looks great. I also loved how it had the timer etc, but the background music was sooooo loud. I could barely hear you talk, so I had to turn the volume up, but then whenever you stopped talking and the music started, it blew my head off! Just thought it might be handy to know that.
hi!! thank you so much for your feedback! i noticed that as well and made sure to lower the music, so videos uploaded after this one should feel better
having a hard day today, my legs hurt so much because of lipedema but your workouts makes me always feel better, and tiktoks too! right what my body need thankyou!!🥰
I found your channel a couple of days ago and done some of your amazing workouts! Slow, controlled is the way forward! I don’t feel like I’m going to pass out after but manage to burn like crazy! They are super motivating as even though they are challenging it’s still manageable! Thank you for these videos your my new favourite fitness RU-vidr 💗
Hi, I really like your channel, it's incredibly cool. It's a pleasure to work with you. however, I really want to have at least a couple of workouts for stretching or splits. thanks for your work❤
You are doing amazing, you reading this for you to achieve your fitness goal you need to stay consistent and discipline to achieve your goals and with good diet ❤️
just gonna let you know that i did this workout this morning, and i felt energized more than ever 🥰 i remember first time i got curious of pilates because i got tired of doing cardio and left breathless lol, and i came accross your 10 minutes pilates video! that was my first pilates and my legs ached because i didn't do it in proper form 😅 but after few sessions, i'm finally able to catch up with your 20 minutes pilates and i'm so proud of myself for gaining strength to be consistent 🤗 thank you so much lidia! wishing you success and best of luck on everything you're aiming for 🥰🥰
do not advertise for beginners, im looking for a workout to build up my body and confidence, not fucking sit crying on the floor cuz i cant do the first excercise
Hey i loved this workout and all i felt every exercise burning😅 but at 16:06 i think im doing something wrong because i dont feel anything. Any help please?
I recently started my fitness journey Ive been doing cardio and weigh lifting and on the days I’m a little too sore for any extreme workouts I do Pilates . It sure does work muscle I had no idea existed 😊
No thank you. She doesn’t guide you for anything. Super low voice and high music. You may actually get injured due to the fact that she does not let you when the exercise has changed and how to move with your breath.
