If you kill him with parry the death animations is faster

It's because I usually listen to some music on the background and don't want it to mix with the game soundtrack. I have it set so that the music I listen to doesn't play on stream/in the recording though so I don't get copyright issues.

You have to unlock firelink altar by ringing the bells after Gargs and Quelaag. For the wrong warp glitch you need to set firelink altar as your last bonfire by resting at it.

He's doing a glitch called moveswap where he tricks the game using the bow and an estoc to give another weapon the moveset of an estoc (mainly the running double tap). This allows the Drake Sword and Dragon's Tooth to put out huge damage very quickly.
