Thanks for watching! Let us know if you want us to continue this series! And keep in mind that even if you know most of these things already, others may not, so be kind to each other! :)
Theres this one glitch if whenever you switch shields right before hitting the ground while shield surfing it won't take the durability and it wil be shiny clean. If you do this like every 3 seconds then you'll be able to ride shields without using any durability. Good for people with collectors anxiety! (joke) Founded by me. (All you have to do is jump on the shield, right before you hit switch, jump, right before you hit switch.)
@@tobiasweit Believe me when I say I waste a lot of time just walking around and not progressing in any way 😅 I’ve just only got 50 shrines done and I’ve been collecting a lot of korok seeds.
the farming one is so helpful, the shied surfing one made my jaw drop imagining the speed you could potentially achieve, and the tree backflip is actually insanely useful, could save your life.
I knew... one of these things. That is, if you count #15 as just knowing that having different equipment made different sounds while walking, and not specifically knowing that video existed.
I dont know any of the mechanics about it, but one time when I was in Naydra Snowfield my first bloodmoon on my new save struck. Since the lynel there wasnt dead, I watched it all of a sudden roar, flash red and then teleport back. To this day, I still have no idea what happened.
Lizalfos can throw breakable weapons at you. I don't know if the damage is double or not because the one who did it to me is Silver lizalfos. But damn, it hurts.
Yeah, after that happened to me I figured any damage they take would alert them, to make cheesing a camp harder. Maybe because it's technically another enemy dealing the damage?
@@MrGregory777 It’s sooo helpful. I love heading to satori mountain and swinging the ice rod in the grove of durians. They just fall at my feet. Easy breezy!
Fun fact: This game won a total of 25 major awards from 11 renowned gaming critic organizations, including 12 "Game of the Year", with 6 of them being the Grand Prize of the year.
Again it’s JUST a Witcher reskin I truly don’t get the hype about this game and YES I’ve played it and was sooo bored in the first few hours really slow ass opening kinda killed it for me
Well, consider that every game dev keeps copying BOTW, for instance Ubisoft with Fenyx/Assasin Creed, China with Genshin Impact, Sony with Horizon Zero, etc.
@@ZetsubouFallen I am aware of this fact and it’s rather disappointing that they’re doing it, but they just aren’t the same as this one for me, idk why
I can’t believe it... “Ores are giant flints” *of course*. It’s one of those botw things that never occurred to me and yet it makes sense! wtf! And the elemental rods for farming? Thank you, Rin, you have made my life easier. Great video once again!
I discovered the ore thing by accident a couple years ago. I was fighting some Moblins near the Akkala Lab, and I missed a shot with my bow. The arrow hit an ore deposit right beside the Moblin, causing sparks to fly and set his wooden spear on fire. That's just one mindblowing detail in a continuous stream of discoveries hidden within this game. I'm at 900 hours across 3 playthroughs, and I still discover something new in BotW on a weekly, if not daily, basis. It's insane.
@@penatio ahha I know right! Like all the different sounds you make when wearing different armor and gear gives me goosebumps for some reason 😂 its so cool
This game is packed with mechanics that make perfect sense (like the ore is a giant flint and the ice wand for farming) but you'll never use them until somebody tells you or you accidentally find out
As an extra, you can make the shock traps larger by adding metal weapons to them. The more weapons, the larger the trap. You can even make a shock-fire trap by adding a flameblade and a chuchu jelly!
just wondering what does adding a chuchu jelly provide different in effect/function for if you could clarify, never thought to use one before with flame

Inaccessible Treasure Chests I literally have this game since launch with over 300 hours playtime and didn't know a single one of these... best game ever and an amazing video! The ones I personally think to be actually useful: 1, 2, 3, 5, 11, 17, 19, 20 But out of those 5, 11 and 19 should be known and used by everyone, ESPECIALLY 19!!!!!
I didn't know most of this stuff and I've literally been playing the game for 4 years straight, the amount of detail and obscure things to learn in this game is astonishing
I have 1000+ hours in this game and feel like I’ve watched hundred of RU-vid videos about the game and I still didn’t know some of these really shows how insanely detailed this game is
I can’t believe how it people STILL find new stuff in this game. We’ll get BotW2 in about a year (hopefully), and people still haven’t discovered every piece of code in this one
omg I just got the game this week and I'm so overwhelmed by the amount of content this game has, I'm trying to not look at these videos too much cause it's making it worse but damn what a masterpiece
I love how in the test of strength shrine with water in it, if you use cryosis at just the right time under the guardian when it's spin charging you, you can launch it in the air like a spinning frisbee of doom.
I said it in the last video. But i knew alteast 2 or 3 things in the last video. Here, i only knew the one with the guardian. Anyways, at this point people start to play this game religiously and the amount of details and secrets is on a biblical level. Edit: And we still have to keep in mind that botw2 is coming out. My brain can`t handle that. Edit 2: If you put all facts from both videos together, you have 69 facts.
The reason this game is so amazing is that the devs put so much work into making it that most people don’t think about, with stuff like the sounds and the keese wings.
I love all of these tricks but it would be better if only the game could've given reward the players for doing these kind of things. I'm hoping botw 2 will give more challenges to test player's skill.
Do you know if it turns into a normal flame blade if you put it away and take it back out? Or is it actually just a unique weapon and you can reuse it whenever?
Although the blizzard rod is good for farming it has durability starting up revali's Gale will make all the "Apples" fly into the air and canceling it ( revalis Gale ) will cause the to fall to the ground, in my opinion a better way to farm The exteme Zelda nerd had spoken Hope this helps
For anybody who doesn't know yet if you want all 24 amiibos for the Zelda games you can order all of them for $15 flat on Amazon NFC cards what do i say haha I felt it impossible until I ran across plenty of solid card dealers
