Solid rating. I usually disagree with Fantano. The problem with 21 is his music is stagnant. He hasn’t delivered anything we haven’t already heard.

This album REEKED of a light 6 from the melon I saw it from a mile away. Anyways this album slaps, pretty consistent the whole way through. Kinda what I expected from a 21 album, loved the soul samples. Red sky and all of me were highlights, loved his rapping on both these tracks. Dark days was a different route he took and I liked it. This was a solid album to start the year, don’t get the hate for it at all. 7.5-8/10.

Myself personally i really enjoyed this album love the sample work, love the mix of hard hitting tracks and introspective tracks like letter to my brudda, i recognise some duds like pop ur sh*t and sneaky but other than that i loved this album id rate it about a 8/10

I mean considering the quality of most rap these days I give the album a solid 8/10 I think. The samples and bars and overall flow of the album sound really good for the most part... of course there's a couple songs that are mid and a few bars that miss but man I swear over half this album is insane. I haven't heard this quality of rap since Kendrick's last record.

I loved this record. Merciless start, with redrum and neé-nah especially. But the introspective cuts like see the real, red sky, and a beautiful closer in dark days. Not as smooth as like a lot, but still very good. He reaffirmed my belief, I really think plateau is too harsh.

i personally preferred insano to this album, 21 savage is very one note to me and its all very samey, whereas i enjoyed the more diverse soundscape on insano, better hooks, flows and features for the most part on insano, i was hoping for another growth from 21 savage but as you said, its more of a plateau than anything, 5.5/10 for me

Really solid rap album to start the year from 21 Savage. I only think the second half drags a bit towards the end, but the first half slaps

honstly 21 should watch this and learn and improve cause while i do agree with most this is not a step down from previous work its rather a "lemme just get my other foot on this step so i dont fall" type thing
