I just followed your channel since last October when my face started to grow acne around the jawline during the lock down period, not the maskne, but I guess due to over consumption of cows milk and dairy products (home made cheese cakes). And I was very frustrated until I accidentally watched one of your videos, and it enlightened me and started to change my routine. My skin has improved a lot, and I also cut down coffee and no more dairy as well sugar. The drinks you guys shared, they are amazing! I take Golden Latte, the Dandy Blend, green tea latte, with oat milk or soy milk! I’m really grateful. By the way, I’d recommend both of you using silk-filled quilt too! It’s really really nice and good for our skin!
The best skincare brand I started using in 2021 is the Glycolic Night Serum by Drunk Elephant honestly!!! It totally transformed the texture of my skin. I am in my 30s... This serum totally reduces the appearance of my wrinkles and my acne outbreak. You can read more about the product here --> sowourplanet.com/drunk-elephant-glycolic-night-serum/ I am so much happier and more confident now :)

I am so happy about this video and appreciate you both 💜 I slowly over the past year started purchasing new towels, bed sheets etc. (as my old stuff just looked and felt horrible) I do want to try silk pillow covers but now use bamboo sheets, washcloths, & mattress/pillow protectors and they are by far the softest I have ever felt! I will look into the towels with silver on my next venture. Thank you guys!!
Love this! Refreshing addition to the content I love. I’m obsessed with my weighted blanket! I feel like I fall asleep much quicker and stay asleep longer 🙌🏻
I love the idea of the bullet journal. I while ago, I found a book called "Getting Things Done" by David Allen. “Your mind is for having ideas, not holding them.” I’m a bit of a procrastinator 🤫😬🙄, and wanted help to be more organized, not have so much on my mind so I can think clearly and focus more. My to do list is so long, I don’t think I will ever get it all done, as I keep adding to it. . It’s not a method of doing things per say, but a way of thinking. This has helped me a lot! It just sounds like common sense and you can apply it right away.
My mom got me a weighted blanket last year for Christmas and it has legitimately changed my life. I always used to use a super light weight goose down comforter (which I still do but I add the weighted blanket on top) and I have never slept better, my children love it as well and sleep so much better when they use theirs!
So cool! 🤍 We need to focus on SELFCARE for 2021 and make sure we are living happy and healthy lives. Especially with the whole pandemic, our lifes changed so much. We should not forget to take care of ourselves. Love how you included selfcare products for relaxation and mindfulness! SO many things I want to get myself now! 😇
love it. selfcare is always enjoyable for me. you have to enjoy it otherwise you won't be able to do. Plus you have to make time for yourself is very important. Don't be lazy when you do :)
Pro-tip! Actually, cold is so shocking for the system that it can help ease anxiety or a potential panic attack. So using tools with the jade rollers or putting your skincare in the fridge for a little bit can be incredibly soothing.
I love my Philips alarm clock. It has been a game changer for me this winter. I choose the birds chirping as the sound to wake up to. I need to invest in a weighted blanket.
Homech on amazon makes humidifiers that are super easy to clean because the water fill hole is big enough for your hand and arm to fit through. I haven't had any problems with mold growing yet and I've had them for a year. Also tip for people that can't afford or rather not buy a special hair towel you can just use a old soft t-shirt and it works just as good. You can also find a scalp massager at your dollar tree if you have one near you. It works amazing.
a huge product i have that i got too late for myself is a library card! if you live in the u.s. most states have a free public library card you can apply for if you have residency in that state (or you can buy one if you are out of state for a fee). seriously i got it in late december and i have already complete 3 ebooks. so worth it.
I just ordered the antimicrobial hand towel -- to dry my face! I started using a separate hand towel on my face a few months ago, so I'm not transferring bacteria from my wet/used body towel. And I wash/swap out the face towel much more often than the body towel!
hellloo! ♡Im a teenager (16 yr old) I've been wanting to try korean simple skin care but dont know where to start I have combination skin but sometimes it is closer to the dry side.
For those of you who (like me) deal with scalp psoriasis, the Aromatica Rosemary Active V Anti-Hair Loss Tonic might be a life saver! I started using this hair tonic and after literally one use the psoriasis was basically gone. The first few days I used it twice daily, now I just use it once a week. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it. I would always pick at my itchy scalp and now that's over! I also use their shampoo and conditioner. The salicylic acid in the shampoo definitely helps, especially when you massage it into your scalp. But if you are only getting one of these products, I would advise the tonic since you can apply it so locally. Also: yes, silk pillowcases are amazing. I got one recently and it helps my serum to really work it's way into my skin during the night. My skin feels so soft in the morning!
Love you girls! The MAAAA made me laugh and Felili looks so cute in the weighted blanket. I can also relate to Fel - I have so many partially filled journals and notebooks haha
i’ve bought several journals and not used them either. the bullet journal is daunting to me. i tried using it and kept on getting frustrated because i couldn’t figure out the best and most efficient way to use it. essentially i wasted more time thinking about it than actually using it. 😂
I love incense, candles and essential oil diffusers but I caution those of us who have pets specially cats. They can get sick from too much exposure from these scented things unfortunately. I’m sharing because I didn’t know and was loving my essential oil diffuser but it turned out that my cats were at risk for getting sick. If you have pets talk to your vet! Much love to fel and ro thanks for the video❤️❤️
I love the humidifiers from Miro.com - they have a bunch of different sizes and variations but i LOVE it, and they're easily dishwashable which makes a huge difference so nasty mold doesn't build up in it! hope that helps - fel xx

Hey guys, I guess I need a piece of advice regarding acne marks: i've basically got my acne under control, and got quite some acne marks left, but I'm okay with them, my problem now is, every time I get a pimple, it leaves a really dark reddish/purpleish acne mark, darker than the ones I got before and I do nothing to force them, like I never squeeze out these pimples or so, but what can I do, to prevent that marks appear? it would be really helpful to get any sort of answer because evrytime I feel I am getting slightly clearer skin a pimple appers, leaves, no matter what I do a mark and I feel down again.
Please check out this new company called Be Minimalist, if i’m not wrong an Indian based skincare brand. It’s affordable and the product seems good. Really would like you to review it.
I always use disposable medical mask. It less irritating for my sensitive face. When I used regular fabric mask, I always had maskne. I bought it in pharmacy. The pharmacy in my country sell those medical mask.
@@notanalien9041 the opposite happens to me. When I used medical masks,my whole chin area and cheek area flooded with acne. Then I switched to cloth masks and it didn't get that much irritated.
I liked the vid a lot! I've been trying to search for a RU-vid video like yours that really teaches everything in this RU-vid vid. 🥼 The part at 1:17 is super helpful. Your content actually is similar to the channel of Doctor Ethan! Dr's tips are for sure useful and I really learned a lot for finals! He is the most knowledgable Dr in Europe and he teaches health symptoms and diseases. I recommend you check out his page out and give the doc a like! ➡️ #DrEthanAdvice
