Hey Nicole - ❤ I have been wheel dependent since 2011 - at 53 - I’m now almost 67 … I have a motorized foldable chair that my husband just collapses like a stroller and throw it in the back of our van - it’s simple and then I have my power chair and I get around on my own. I still work full time at our family business 👩‍💼 I do customer service and I love it ❤ … I still have a very full life. It took me a year to get over myself. I was so focused on what others were thinking when they saw me in a wheelchair. Like 😳…It was sheer vanity. And now I don’t care at all … I am so far removed from that mindset. Nicole I've worked in the healthcare field for over 4 decades. So many folks over the years felt so much better being able to get out and around. One lady I took care of used to say she would use anything out there if it put the sunshine on her face! I'm so glad you have such an amazing support system 😊❤ You truly are amazing beyond words lots of love. P.s How is the wife's foot healing up?

Hi, Nicole! I'm so happy you're okay with the wheelchair. I've been having pain in my right hip so I was given a steroid injection. After a day or two of pain relief, the pain is back. My Oncologist wants to do a bone scan. 😢 I may be right there with you. We should have wheelchair races! 😊 I hope you will have a WONDERFUL week! ❤❤❤

Well Nicole, I’m glad that you’re happy and blessed with bouquet of roses from your family, avocado, banana, healthy shake from your friends and that you’re able to use a wheelchair to get around and do what you love to do and socialize and volunteer in your community with with the other cancer patients and hopefully that your legs recover, and you’re able to regain steps for yourself, if need be, and if not, then just be blessed and happy that you have a set of wheels whatever happens, I just pray for innocent, morocco, supernatural healing for you mentally physically emotionally and every way, and have a blessed day

I have spina bifida, multiple disabilities, chronic illness, autoimmune diseases and incurable cancer (yes just found out that it’s incurable at this stage) all causing chronic fatigue and pain. I can walk, but the wheelchair gives me the freedom to go further! I use my walker or wheelchair depending on how I am feeling. I am so glad you are accepting this. ❤

Yes we got rain here in Erie today we needed it in my gardens! Smell the roses! Happy about the rib that pain I know is awful hard to get comfortable. So glad the wheelchair will give you relief! I'm NOT encouraging it but as a non-religious person myself who has had diabetes for 25 years and now watching my 88 year old mom suffer with dementia (and she is a "God" person )...is there some point where u might consider physician assisted suicide?
