After a lots of "interesting" ramen from the likes of Jamie Oliver, Nigella Lawson, Nick DiGiovanni and Guga foods, we now see Guga Foods and Nick DiGiovanni back with another beloved Japanese ingredient - Maguro or Bluefin Tuna! Raw, cooked, rolled or deep fried, this versatile fish can be used in a number of dishes! Normally served in Sashimi or Nigiri sushi , let's watch Guga Foods prepare this iconic fish in his very own way!
