If it wasn't for hunters, many game species would have very low populations. The $ spent by the hunters, go towards things like paying people to be out there preventing poachers from taking alot of game who do not obey the regulations. Often the meat is donated to villages. Why not take a class in wildlife conservation and actually learn something about the benefits legal and regulated hunting actually has on wildlife? Instead of watching Disney movies about talking African wildlife....

Nah Bro. I really don't understand how they can be proud to kill caged animals or to hunt for a trophy, but what you say is senseless in so many ways. To hunt for meat is also a fight against factory farming and a good way to get clean meat from species-appropriate raised animals. A real hunt has nothing to do with disrespect an animal and you can be admit it's beauty even if you choose it for your meal. In the position of an apex predator we have to choose animals we eat, that's how it goes. You can insist on a vegan lifestyle and it would be possible with food supplements, but it's not healthier than a vegetable based lifestyle with some meat out of sustainable and natural sources. And with tools like bows, spears and crossbows you give that animal a higher chance to escape than a rifle. Sure, with a rifle it dies faster and more painless, but only if you're a good shooter and that's the requirement of every hunter, no matter what his hunting weapon is. In Germany we give animals the last bite. A ritual to show our reverence. We put some green in their mouth. It's just a small tradition but we keep in mind what we did and that we should be grateful we had luck to feed our families today. And yes sir, we admit the beauty of an animal when we killed it. That is no thing in contrast.

Farm animals contribute greatly to climate change due to the land they require and the amount of greenhouse gas emissions. Psychopaths are something you don't understand. The meat will most likely be eaten.
