Awesome! I was worried about this film, sequels to comedies rarely do well, but it's good to hear you guys liked it. I am looking forward to seeing this.
I'm so hyped about the movie! Hearing you enthusiastically talk about the movie and then realise that I'll live in Europe and the movie won't be out for months is the worst thing though. Keep up the good work!
7:00 I think Martin is right, she does kinda look like Michael Jackson. In the same way that Janet Jackson looks like a female Michael Jackson (post surgery).
Great review and I’ve been super clinically depressed for years. I pray for death every night and yet this movie made me smile a couple of times which is more than any movie has done in many years. I cannot believe how good it is probably the best comedy sequel of all time.
would be so awesome if at 4min20 they're talking smack abt adam sandler and cohost 3000 makes a return experience to defend his man all of us spillios would LOSE OUR MINDS lol
After enjoying Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The Lego Movie and 21 Jump Street I expected Phil Lord and Christopher Miller to come off as prickly and self centered directors who say mean things like: "When a movie has to rely on the boys getting hit in the private parts with tennis balls and one of them losing his bathing suit in the swimming pool it's obvious the writers have no imagination or idea of what's funny. It is truly amazing how unamusing and unfunny the dialogue and situations are in comedy movies today."
Yes, it's an overly blatant parody of action cop movies. But I never got the appeal of Naked Gun-type comedy. I was looking for the funny in this movie, but I rarely found it!
