Broad jump burpees look intense... I don't know if I can do more than 5 at a time 🙄. I will definitely try these

Dang..!! I am so glad I've stumbled across the work of these men. This will definitely pay of when I have to instruct classes. Very beneficial especially to me as an upcoming FI. Kudos bro's keep up the awesomeness,the no nonsense having to explain an exercise. You guys just get straight to work without boring your audience. I will definitely recommend this channel to my fellow students and FI's.

AMRAP, till muscle failure... or i'd say 8-12 reps over 5-6rounds.

Intermediate level meaning strength level not frequency of workouts.They are asking for someone who may not have reached their max yet and is working to develop themselves further. I have clients that workout everyday and some are still weaker than my clients I see twice a week.

Its called editing and only doing a couple reps is easy to do perfect form. You slip when you get tired. Or of you are completely out of shape

That is genetics most black people(especially dark skin) have high small calves. Made for sprinting and jumping.
