This Marvel Snap deck from Pool 3 was recently played to Infinite by Cacazu, and it's all about using Cerebro to buff 2-power cards. Just be careful, because bad locations can make this deck really difficult for climbing if you aren't really smart and really careful with your snaps.

I think it would be cool if randomly generated cards had a ~10% chance to appear as a random alternate variant.

I agree but also go big or go home, ya know? Make it 50%, show off a ton of alternate variants, the odds of any one variant appearing multiple times in even several sessions is minimal with how many cards there are so their "value" wouldn't necesarily go down. Like how in HS any cards randomly generated/discovered from a golden card are automatically gold, plus it looks cool!

Be careful with Invisible Woman. That effect can bite you in the butt with Mystique's on reveal effect because if you play Cerebro on 5 or on 6 outside that lane then she can end up copying a non-Cerebro card.

It says underneath a card if it was generated by an effect (so you can know the wong is from their base deck for example)

This Cerebro deck rocks. I have random 2 Mana cards and Cerebro with Blue Marvel and Onslaught as my anchors. 🤘 Lovin' the channel BTW.

I think cerebro is cool in concept but a lot can go wrong. And card or location that lowers you power or adds a random card can kind of just screw you over

Have you played around with the Destroyer Spectrum decks at all? Super disruptive and fun, I've gone from Plat 60 to Omega 80 in a few days with it

Can someone explain the logic behind Mr fantastic on left line at 13:19? Seems like there's no reason doing it, especially since he's given up mid and need more power on the side locations

I've seen this deck once against me, looked like a cool deck, and I have the cards to make it so i'll give it a try. What i hate about cerebro, is that a snigle scorpion counters you super hard

Just fyi, if you invisible woman and mystique there fist, as long as the last card you play outside of invisible woman has an ongoing hability she will copy it at the end of the game

Is there a benefit to Snaping early rather than later? I just started playing

It's basically mind games. If you wait until you're winning to snap, your opponent might leave in response and you only get 1 cube. If you snap early, then you can snag 2 cubes at least when you pull ahead. It is a risk, as they might take the lead and then everything I just said applies as a loss instead.

This deck is great, I made it my new main, but sometimes when I use Cerebro-Mystique-Onslaught, Onslaught resets the power of the cards so I lose. Sometimes this happens with Cerebro-Blue Marvel-Onslaught. Any idea why? Should I even run Onslaught?

Cerebro buffs your highest power card. When you play Onslaught, he becomes your highest power card, meaning Cerebro only buffs him. Blue Marvel Buffs everybody else up to 3, where he is also at, so it's fine.

Isn't Yondu's effect on average pretty bad? The info he gives I feel more often benefits your opponent. I know you need a 2 power 1 drop so maybe uatu instead?

I am not personally a big fan of Yondu outside of Death decks. I'd probably go for Nightcrawler over Uatu though.

My favourite part about Invisible Woman is that people automatically assume you're running a Hela deck when they see her, so you basically just throw off their whole game plan if their trying to counter Hela.

@18:30 mystique left copys klaw buffing mid to 10 killmonger mid kills nova and iceman, winning right by 1 aft nova buffs opponents likely only adds max 4 power to mid cause one space left and anything higher ruins his cerebro so with kilmonger mid, 13>12 you probably could have won mid and right for the game, regis

Wait how am I winning right if Mystique is left instead of mid? They go to 17 right after the Nova buff (don't forget Mr. Fantastic) to my 16. And I would lose left still. The play you describe would only win mid, correct?

@RegisKillbin you're right abt still losing right, i forgot mr fantastic i suppose the best would have been mystique mid to win right and kilmonger mid hoping that your 7 power mid could beat his turn 6 play as he would be restricted to playing only one card 2 power or less there. if it was a 1 drop like your korg you could have won due to reveal order but odds were probably against you, retreat was the best after all

Cerebro is a fun deck but it has too many weaknesses. Can't play on any location that changes power as it screws up the "highest power" card. If opponent scorpions your hand it screws it up as well. Too many things can mess up cerebro

You guys know I didn't make this deck right? It's literally on screen every second telling you who made this. So a more appropriate question would be "where's THEIR Goose?" I guess they liked Invisible Woman and the 1-drop curve fill, maybe it was a collection limitation. I can't offer any more insights than that.

@@RegisKillbin I posted in the first five seconds when I saw the deck list because I've been running the budget versions of Cerebro 2 and 3 and was anticipating seeing the real thing in action; when I heard someone mention Goose in the comments and you replied I felt sheepish for my comment. But hey, Streamer replied to my comment for the first time. No such thing as bad press 😂
