Sir, I have executed the sale agreement with a developers and paid almost 99% amount in white and as per the agreement the registration time is within two weeks from the date of agreement of sale and the balance amount to be paid at the time of registration but the developers didn't register my plot even after one year and now the developers secretly registered the plot to some other customer without my knowledge. I have been constantly requesting him to register my plot for the last one year but he didn't register citing different reasons like AGPA not yet done etc etc and now he is offering some other property in different location. I request you to suggest the correct direction.

sir, if buyer paid all amount in cash and the same mentioned in signed sale deed for land purchase ..is it valid if lakhs of amount paid in Cash with out any cheque or online transaction without any cash receipts or proof.. Only mentioned in sale Deed i.e. by hand cash... Sir who will get penalty buyer or seller please explain... Source of generation of such Cash is explainable by the Buyer or not..

@Advocate Prasad Cherukuri sir 25 years back my father sold a piece of registered land through sale agreement and the buyer paid full amount and took receipt for that but that sale agreement was not registered on the buyers name till now and father passed away. Who is the owner of that property? Can I claim it back?
