మాది 90 సంవత్సరాల క్రితం కొన్న స్థలం దానికి డాక్యుమెంట్స్ మాదగ్గర లేవు నకలు డాక్యుమెంట్స్ ని తీసుకోవడం ఎలా స్థలాన్ని 75 లో తాకట్టు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ డాక్యుమెంట్స్ మాత్రమే ఉన్నాయి వాటిని బట్టి పూర్వపు డాక్యుమెంట్స్ని తీసుకోవచ్చా ఎలా తీసుకోవాలి

Sir, I have executed the sale agreement with a developers and paid almost 99% amount in white and as per the agreement the registration time is within two weeks from the date of agreement of sale and the balance amount to be paid at the time of registration but the developers didn't register my plot even after one year and now the developers secretly registered the plot to some other customer without my knowledge. I have been constantly requesting him to register my plot for the last one year but he didn't register citing different reasons like AGPA not yet done etc etc and now he is offering some other property in different location. I request you to suggest the correct direction.

Hi Sir I have a question…. Can I buy plot from a Realestate company who made SALE AGREEMENT CUM GPA WITH POSSESSION from original landowners just for my plot as I am interested in spot registration. They would do same process for others who opts for registration. Is it legal? Can I buy the plot? as EX has only SALE AGREEMENT CUM GPA WITH POSSESSION but NOT Sale Deed

Hi Sir, I have one question. 1.Customer-A sold the plot to Customer-B ----->2.Then customer-B again sold the property to Customer-A and they have registered the plot as Agreement of Sale Cum GPA. -->3. Then customer-A sold the property to Customer-C as SALE DEED. This is legal transaction or not? Please reply sir. I have bought the plot from customer-C and i am worrying about my transaction is legal or not.

sir, if buyer paid all amount in cash and the same mentioned in signed sale deed for land purchase ..is it valid if lakhs of amount paid in Cash with out any cheque or online transaction without any cash receipts or proof.. Only mentioned in sale Deed i.e. by hand cash... Sir who will get penalty buyer or seller please explain... Source of generation of such Cash is explainable by the Buyer or not..

Who is the owner of that property? Can I claim it back?

Naku Itchina documents prakaram check chesthamu. But what will happen if any other person comes with another document and says this plot belongs to me ? Anedi na doubt sir. Ndukante other person dagara una document na dagara undadu kada sir . Ippudu mana dagara una documents prakaram manam check chesetapudu another document details kuda kanipistaaya Sir . please clarify me Sir 🙏?

Sir, in venture we payed half the amount towards plot and made sale agreement.Remaining amount to be payed at the time of registration.now as the registration are stopped by government registration is in pending.now the venture official demanding to pay the entire amount before starting registration and he is warning and telling that the allotted plots he will give it to other people.sir kindly guide us.
