Thank you for your very kind words. I am very happy that my videos are of use. Comments like yours inspire me to do more. It is wonderful that you practice every day. There are students training with me in person who seldom practise outside of class. If you would like to send me a video of yourselves doing the form, I can happily give you some feedback.

T-H-E B-E-S-T for this beginner. Many, MANY THANKS....... The only thing beyond these lessons I'd LOVE to have is a video of you going thru the entire series at your pace, speaking the forms, so I could follow along with you. That said, Thanks so very much.

Best lessons on the web, hands down! Would LOVE to see you perform the entire 24 form at regular speed with verbal prompts, like you did with the 10 form! Please?

I would also love this! I've completed the lessons and try very hard to rely on my memory but prompts would be wonderful. THANK YOU, Ian, for posting these lessons.

Ian, you just don't know how much your videos have helped people like me and I am sure thousands others around the globe in learning TaI Chi - where we could not get an instructor within reasonable driving distance. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work.

This is the most useful series of Tai Ji instructions in the entire web. Much better than all those annoying badly shot and worsely fitted with horrible music clips from China. Thank you.

Thank you Ian for showing every move in SLOW motion. I finished the last form "at home" today. Yippee. And it's just right after our country CMCO lifted, i can practise outside the park now. Much love and thanks.

Thank you so much for the learning of the 24 form. I'm learning the 108 form with a teacher, but with the confinement all the cours are stopped. So it was a real pleasure to learn with you another form (in the same time, I improve my english :) ). You're great. Yann, from France.

The length of practice will depend on your ability and your goal. Some practise for 1 minute per day. Some practise 12 h/day. Most can achieve health benefits with 15-30 minutes of practice per day, noticing new levels of improvement every 3-6 weeks, with lasting changes occurring every 3-6 months. If you are training for martial arts, 2 hours per day is good. If you are training for professional martial arts competition, 6-8 hours per day is normal. Seniors benefit from 2 1-hour sessions/week.

I want to thank you for this series; my teacher ended his class, and I was very happy to continue using your lessons, even when they differ slightly here and there from what I learned. But that doesn't matter at all. I hope you keep this up for everybody to learn and enjoy. Cheers for the laughs along the way, too!

Hi Ian, thank you for these videos. A few times I tried someone else, but always come back to yours, You show the move from all sides with no music to distract me. I like that you have a sense of humor and it comes out on your videos. I have learned all of the 24 forms now, thanks! I will be checking out some of your other videos.

Dear Ian, What a nice surprise to receive a personal reaction. From the on-line lessons we do have the feeling we know you a little in a special way. I think it's too early to sent you a video for comment because we have to practice more first. We want to begin all over again with the lessons to improve what we learnt until now. We begin to understand a little bit more about the Tai Chi principles and the feel in our body but are still beginners. Thank you and greetings, Roeland

I took a college class called Tai Ji Quan super early am for a semester, the instructor was a tiny oriental man a little hard to understand teaching the names and forms the entire class was very quiet, breathing thinking and waking up every move my joints would crack and muscles stretch and it was a wonderful feeling by the end, it left me feeling very awake, calm, and relaxed. I've been looking for these forms for 12 years.... I wonder if our class was less than 24 moves, but began the same

Dear Ian I have just completed 10 lessons of the 24 Form Taiji with a real teacher, but have always left each class still feeling very vague and unsure about the movements of the day. Then I come home, get another round of lessons from your video, practise daily and when I report for class the following week, I am able to move creditably with everyone. Thank you for being the best teacher out there. I have signed on for the 42 Form Taiji but am not confident that I will be able to cope unless I have you as a second teacher. Will you be posting the 42 Form on the Internet?

I read somewhere that you should practice for a minimum 20 minutes a day. Once I have learned the whole form, which seems to take around 6 minutes to perform, would you recomend going over it more times? Or just once very slowly?
