Yang Style Tai Chi 24 Form is often learned as pure movement choreography. In this lesson I delved into the concept of feeling "less friction" and how it's an important element to understanding Tai Chi movements. This lesson goes over how to simplify your movements, focus on intentionality, and maintain your centering for effective practice.
