24 hours in Isolation Camping & Fishing on Remote Chickee

The best part of staying on those chickees is seeing how lit up the sky is with stars. You captured it great. I remember being able to see tons of shooting stars and satellites fly over. Such a great time out there escaping every day life.

Absolutely magnificent video you guys… what an idyllic escape. The quality of your presentations, the videography, subject matter and audio are always top notch. You two together and your flawless work on these segments is the reason you have 100,000 subscribers and will have a million in the near future. This is one of my fave channels. I used to live in Panama City in 80s. We snorkeled the bays for scallops, stone crab claws, blue crabs... and keep all the catch in a filter bag while continuing snorkeling. Then we caught squid that were trailing behind us to pick up morsels. So much fresh wild caught seafood every day!! Got sick of it in a way!! Wish I could do that today. Once, we went back to same spot after vacation of 3 weeks and the Dredgers and Bottom Scrapers came through there and it was desolate and destroyed. Excellent videos. Well done!!

I have little experience in the Everglades, but I have spent a few weeks exploring and fishing with my father from Everglade City and went far into the mangroves. It is an amazing place! Secret bays,tiny pathways threw dense overhang of canopy,incredible fish,crabs,dolphin,gators.

I'm 44 seconds into this and that has Flamingo written all over it. From the bug spray cloud at the ramp to the Chickee. A few friends and I use to take 2-3 boats and our kids and do that trip after the first cold front went thru and then we'd go throughout the winter. So much fun and so much to see and hear. Great video guys.

Absolutely love y’all’s videos! We live in Oklahoma I grew up traveling to Port Aransas and Port OConner Texas fishing as a kid and absolutely love the thrill of fishing in the ocean. It’s a complete addicting experience every time. My wife just recently started watching your videos with me and before you never liked watching fishing shows with me until she watched yours! She absolutely loves the details y’all bring to the viewers and also I love the fact that Clay gives so many details to why he’s doing what he’s doing while fishing, I have learned a whole lot from just a few of y’all’s videos! Hey, Congratulations on hitting 100K Subs!!! I absolutely love a perspective change, and for me lying on a dock at night watching the interesting things that soar overhead (One night in the late 80's or early 90's we got to see the Space Station fly by) is mine. I think everyone should make a yearly pilgrimage to the woods for even just a couple days to recharge and reconnect a little,...give the humanity filter a good cleaning. Everyone can't live where you do and as gorgeous a place as it is I imagine there are places surrounding most big cities where you can get away and cook the most amazing bad food and relax. All the best to you both in 2022, take care.

Awesome spot! I'd love to have a platform like that out there. Veggie burgers are pretty tasty but we cook them in the oven on a cookie sheet so they don't fall apart. They're tough to grill. You could use the camp stove and a pan.

There are channels that have underwater photography that play for 5,8,10 hours. I put some of these up from time to time on my TV or laptop. I think you have a huge advantage because of the diversity of your travel. I do not know anything about putting video's on You Tube but you might try it as a secondary channel that you could advertise on Life By the Bow.

Growing up fishing with my grandparent in Florida sail cats are the only kind of catfish my grandpa would let me keep. My grandmother loved them I also think they are pretty tasty. My heart sank when you said that people don’t eat them😂 maybe it’s a panhandle thing lol. Love the videos guys!

What brand drone do u use? I love the show and you two, I am constantly watching and wear your shirts here in California. My heart is in south Florida. I have a Hells Bay in a storage facility, but unfortunately I had Kidney failure and am stuck in dialysis 3 days a week and can8t get to Florida to use it. It is your show that keeps me going vicariously. Keep up the good work. I envy you !!!!!!!!

I want an off shore boat or bay boat, but I feel we would be inshore most of the time, sandbars and such. We almost always go out on good days anyhow. 24/26’ range is what I want. Hey guys! Love the video. Is that dock available to rent for us common folk? Would love to take my son out there for a camping trip.

I just got a Noco Booster for the boat/truck. And am pumped. I can use it to charge anything and then should I run into battery issues while on the lake I can jump the big engine off to be able to get back to the ramp at the end of a long day.

Now I want to go fishing and camping

Im curious, how come you guys always release the snook?

My boy has a charter company/bait shop in Clearwater and put me on a 37.5” snook and a 30.5” red. Both were pb’s for me in the same day so I’m going to get a replica double mount.
