Very thorough and informative overview of the Island. We love the Island and eating at Paula Deen's. My only complaint about that place is that I have no room left for alcohol. Lol! I've always wondered what the crime museum was like. Kudos on your gun-handling skills. I feel Jack's pain. I'm forced to listen to true crime podcasts on our road trips. I can't even speak. It gets tiresome and makes me feel as if she's planning something. Lol! I'd much rather zone out to music than to hearing someone talk about dismembered bodies being hidden in basements. I sleep with one eye open. Lol!

Lately there is so much talk about this area. You video gives a great preview of what we can expect to see. So many great attractions. I would love to try that Sky Fly soar America. Enjoyed your visit to Pigeon Forge, Jack and Alice. Such a fun place and we loved visiting the Crime Museum with you. Looks like a fun place Calamity Alice! Enjoyed seeing the Bronco from the slowest police chase in history. But, we all watched! The food looked wonderful, but I thought it deserved it's own comment! 🤣🤣 Still thinking about it now, but Paula hasn't made it here to Arizona. Thanks for bringing us along!
When we are in Myrtle Beach or Savannah we almost always end up at Paula Deen's! The food is outstanding! We have been talking about going to Pigeon Forge for a couple years! One of the these days were just going to have to go!
Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, Tennessee is so much fun and you are not that far away from it. Lots of fun things to do! We are so glad we ate at Paula Deen’s! The line was so long in Savannah the time we went there that we didn’t want to wait. But I would definitely wait next time we are near on of her restaurants because that one in Pigeon Forge was delicious! Thanks for watching and commenting!
I don’t think $35 is too expensive. I love Paula Deens. I ate at her restaurant in Savannah… so delicious! I remember watching the low speed chase back in 1994. Nice vlog thank you
Yeah, $35 is a good price for the rides… but it only included the carnival rides. So if a family wants to do laser tag or the ropes course or the escape room or the mirror maze or bumper cars or the museum or the motion simulator ride or the museum, those are all an extra cost. So the $35 flat rate is good, but is really just the start of the spending if you want to do everything. Having said that, if you just pick a few attractions to participate in, it isn’t too expensive. Either way, this place was a lot of fun. We had a great day at the Island in spite of the rain!
We've eaten at Paula Deen's restaurant in Savanah. It was absolutely wonderful! 😋😋 I (Dave) had the southern pork chops in a gravy and I kept the lady coming back with more. 🤣🤣 Loved the biscuits and peach cobbler too!
We have spent alot of time at the Island ourselves ...next time, try Timberwood Grill as well. It's our favorite! Haven't done the Alcatraz museum, although I know it's right up my alley too! Can't wait to hear about the hotel!
Paula Deen’s did only offer family style dining. Which is not our preference either. We never all agree on what to get so negotiations ensue. But the food is so good here that I would make an exception for this restaurant again if we ever go back to the Island. The Christmas decorations were great. Wow... I love this place! How did I miss it when I was in Pigeon Forge?? I would love to eat at Paula's place...looks so good! ha ha... I remember all of the moonshine in mason jars everywhere... ha ha...
The only good food we have had at a Margaritaville was in Jamaica 🇯🇲, we may have been hungry 😂! Soarin, but not Soarin 😂! We would be comparing everything to Disney too! I would definitely check out the spa! Paula Deen’s looks really good! Al Catraz museum was interesting, 3 hours, it must have been great!

Food is my happy place, heard those restaurants are good but we’ve never been 🤷🏾♂️. Museums are always fun, we actually went to a mafia museum in NYC that was very interesting. Good video guys as usual
I went to Pigeon Forge as a kid. Wow it sure has been built up a lot since then! I love Ferris wheels! Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on one. The fountain show reminds me of the fountains at the Bellagio, but on a smaller scale. I thought the Alcatraz East museum that you went to looked very interesting. So many fun places here. I've never been to Pigeon Forge but it looks amazing. The food looked great and of course lots of shopping. It was fun catching a side glimpse of you in the shooting gallery. Great video.
Hey friends, we stayed at a Hotel in this area a few years ago & ate at that "Margaritaville!" The Paula Deen restaurant was being built at the time. My mom saw the show thats like Soarin on a recent trip with my dad & aunt, she told me the show was better than Soarin! I didn't believe her til I saw a video on it, lol. Have a Great weekend friends:-).
I still need to take the family here. Have seen several videos of this place. One thing is that you guys eat well in your trips. Crazy they had the OJ bronco there. I remember watching that slow speed chase. The water fountain show reminded me of Vegas. Thanks for al the future vacation ideas for our family.
Hey both this looked great and it looked like you all had some good food in those restaurants including fish and chips and catfish ! Loved the look of the great smoky mountain wheel and there are great rides there for the kids too . I havent been to Margarita Ville yet but used to love his music. $5 moonshine tasting is a bargain. Yep lots to do. Oh my those biscuits are awesome. Love the southern sides. Alcatraz east is interesting. Just saying. Thanks

The Island was a very fun place to hang out with a lot to do. The food was so delicious! I really was fascinated by the crime museum. Yes, treatment of those who commit crimes has become much more humane thankfully. We really enjoyed our day here. Thanks for watching and commenting!
