How much can you do in a day in Northern Ireland on public transport. That was the question.
So I picked up a couple of the iLink Zone 4 all day travel cards from Translink and decided to milk them for as much as possible. How far could we go & what we could do in a day and still get a beer & make the last train home.
We left Belfast heading north stopping for coffee before travelling to the north coast for some sight seeing, a quick surf, some amusements, a rollercoaster, some more tourist stuff, then over to Londonderry for a walk through the city and some beers.
In Total we
travelled for 16.5 hours
Covered 190miles on public transport
Covered 5 Miles on foot
Caught 10 waves
Went on 1 Rollercoaster
Visited 4 big historical tourist attractions
Tried 6 local beers
Filmed 3 hours of footage
Slept for 1hour on the train home.
We actually did it in one day!!!!
