24 MIN STRENGTH & CORE DUMBBELL HIIT WORKOUT [KNEE FRIENDLY]

Weights used: 8lb set & 2lb set (feel free to use what you have around your house as well if you don't have dumbbells to use)

Todays workout is super quick but super intense, sweaty, and challenging. This workout is all standing (no need to get down on the ground or even get into a squat or lunge), and is knee friendly!
After the 4 minute warm up we have 8 supersets (exercises coupled/tripled together)--2 strength exercises with 1 core exercises. The first 4 sets before the water break we will be doing abs without weights, but after the water break, be prepared to be challenged by holding the weights even during abs!

I’m so proud of you!!!!! I got a recovery addict son he been clean 8 years now and doing amazing!!!! It was not easy and I was by his side, I just quit smoking after 15 years of being a smoker! That wasn’t easy either now I’m taking care of myself and changing my lifestyle to a healthier lifestyle. We can do this!!!! Congratulations on your journey

Jo, you've genuinely changed the way I look at working out. I've been working out to your videos consistently for about 10 months and it's become a routine that I genuinely look forward to. Soooo many fitness RU-vidrs go too hard and make the workouts too difficult with a lot of lunges/Burpees etc and I struggle with body weight exercises. Your workouts are realistic, yet also challenging. Thank you so much!

I am so grateful for these strength workouts that are KNEE FRIENDLY! I've been trying to restart my workout journey and having the calendars so that I don't have to "make a decision on which workout" along with these shorter but strength ones are keeping me going....even after a day when I've eaten food that nourishes my soul and not body lol Jo is helping me reframe my inner conversations, my thoughts surrounding food, and loving my body into health instead of picking it apart and trying to punish it From a mom who really needed this today - thank you. ❤️

I had a c section 8 years ago and an emergency c section 2 years ago. I've been trying to strengthen my core since the beginning of this week. This made the 4th core video I did this week and babyyyyyy every time I sneeze or cough I'm sore. I started doing your videos at the beginning of last year. I can admit I wasn't consistent for about 6 months but I'm down 69 pounds thanks to you.

You have the best workout videos on RU-vid that I've utilized. I can keep coming back and feel good about it! I like that you don't speak during the sessions but rather use nonverbal communication. I love the music yoy use it pumps me up. I like your subtle encouragement before during and after. I ❤️ the little puppy and your interaction with him. I really really like that there are no floor exercises and not to much jumping and that you use very small spaces. It's clean not distracting and it makes it possible for me to work out with the very small confide space in l icing room and bedroom. Anyway sorry so long but I just want people to know how fabulous you are!!!!

I have had these for several weeks ru-vid.comUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

I keep coming back to this workout because it’s THAT GOOD! I’ve been working out to your videos for just over a month now and feel better than ever now that I have a routine down. I love this mode of workout Strength and cardio ! I’m 54 will be 55 in November been working out for over 35 years ! I’m a type 1 diabetic for 36 years now! It’s been a struggle with my weight all my life. But I will never give up on me !! On Working out! I have sciatica now but I’m not letting that stop me ! I love working out but as you get older you need to find other ways to work out according to your ligaments that hurt ! But I love you Jo I always go back to your workouts . Even tho I do my own workouts but sometimes I’m tired of those so been loving yours . Been doing them since April❤ take care Jo keep bringing some more strength and cardio workouts love them !

This one is differently going into the saved list. I loved this workout. I could do most of it with 5 pounds but that was pushing myself. It was so good.

Due to a problem with my knees my workouts are limited and I was feeling lost on what I could do to get in better shape. I’ve been working out now for about 2 weeks and absolutely love it! I like the lenght of the workout and the things done in it. Thank you 💜
