As you observe the present moment, you create and render it on the fly. That creation is rendered at speeds of millions to billions of data bits per second from the sensory input information of the infinite energy system of everything. Then, like magic, it is gone, dissolving back into the infinite energy system as you move your awareness in a different direction.

What is left of an event when an event slips out of the present moment? Nothing. If it were not for your constructed memories, you would not know the event ever happened. It works like this. Your senses take in information from the infinite energy field of everything, and then, the data is filtered through your lens of perception. You use the high-graded filtered data to construct your world and save a copy of your construction as a memory.
Look closely here. The Memory is not what happened. It is your interpretation, your best guess, as to what might have happened based on older memories of past experiences and your belief system. The rendering of your world and its memory happens outside your conscious mind’s awareness.
Now, the fun part. As you move your senses from the present moment, your current rendered world dissolves as new input information is presented. From that new data, a new world is rendered, another memory is constructed, and then it dissolves as the streaming of renderings continues.
There are no physical past events, and nothing physical is in the past. Each event is an energy system that dissolves into the next energy event. All you have are the constructed memories of what never happened. At least, nothing happens the way your constructed memories tell you it happened. You experience nothing the way it is.
The Wisdom in A Course in Miracles: “Look at a cup, for example. Do you see a cup, or are you merely reviewing your past experiences of picking up a cup, being thirsty, drinking from a cup, feeling the rim of a cup against your lips, having breakfast and so on?” (acim.org/acim/... | W-7.3:1-2)
If I held up a cup, would you see the cup as it is in front of you? No. You can only see your rendering of the cup. Your subconscious mind runs through all its models or constructed memories of cups and offers its best guess based on the sense’s input information. Therefore, you do not “see” the cup itself. You can only and always see your unique interpretation of the cup. The cup in and of itself is always an energy system, whether you are rendering it or not.
So, the cup is always an energy system. It is only a cup when you render it; therefore, it is only a cup in your created world. When you stop rendering the cup, it is an energy system.
I am like the cup. I am an energy system. When you render me, I am your best guess of what you believe I am. When you are not rendering me, I am an energy system. So, do you see me? No. You can never see me. You can only experience your best guess of who you think I am and never me.
Oh, the illusion is much more magnificent and complicated than you think it is.
