Spoon 5.33 final drive, mfactory lsd and 245/235 tires here. Its great. But if it were today i would go for the mfactory 5.48 final drive

Bruno Manco what sort of difference does the change in final drive make in on track performance? And I’m guessing the trade off is higher revs on the motorway (as mine isn’t a trailer Queen track car, I drive it to and from).

@@altypeRRfaster aceleration out of curves. The stock final drive is so slugish. All the track ep3 my tuner makes, he puts the 5.48 mfactory final drive. 5.33 from spoon its perfect for track. But mine its not a street car. U have vtec on at 80mph in 6 gear

@@altypeRR i have ihe, kpro, m2 intake, 70mm tb, about 250hp, and tuned megane turbos and focus turbos dont stand a chance (i also cheat because i use racing slicks)

@The KN7 If you wanted a track slag you can get them as cheap as 1-2k, throw in the usual breathing mods, handling mods, 5.1 fd with an LSD, map it, and you end up with a corker for 5-6k.

I’ve got a Ep3 payed 2700 got a dc5 lsd gearbox 1500 and stuck dc5 cams in with Honda data Ecu , runs a rbc intake and 70 mil tb , 4-2-1 mani and full excaust system , and a induction kit ,248bhp ,all for way less then a dc5

Zeroyon 456 the jdm are no different bar the lsd box and the jdm has higher compression, uk one is 200 bhp jap is 214 if not mistaking , both build in the uk sent to Japan , that’s engine wise then interior has load bits diffenrt like red carpet and recaro seats etc , the uk k20 is better to turbo as it has the lower compression ,
