hey..weight loss is a thing that takes time. and its best if you do it the healthy way!! loosing 10kgs in 28 days is not healthy at all..and even if you lose these 10kgs you will gain them back later. please be careful, do it the healthy and safe way cuz you could develop an eating disorder. and trust me that shit is not fun,, take care and good luck on your * healthy* weight loss journey!!!
