I just have to say, thank you thank you thank you, for taking a few breaks during your finisher. Usually, fitness influencers don't take breaks during their classes, and it really reminded me that we are all human and all take breaks and even our inspirations take breaks too and it doesn't mean I am weak or that I should feel bad for resting. And, amazing workout. I was expecting to struggle so much with this one, but I guess I am much stronger than I thought! We often underestimate our abilities. 🙏♥️
Love your workouts! Please keep your videos EXACTLY as they are. Just saying. Some influencers switch things up after a while but for you? Don’t fix what ain’t broke. 😊
Ohhh, I loved this one! Especially because of the music! Most other workout videos use music with lyrics which can be SO distracting, especially for neurodivergent people. I'm always hoping to see more workout videos with instrumental music only, just like this. The mix of exercises was also perfect in this one! Thanks, Anna!

but there are repeats...doing one side at a time and then doing them at the same time is the same workout right? or is it supposed to be different? Im confused..
@@seren2650 there are no repeated workout in the whole video. only variations of that same same workout. what she meant by no repeats is that certain workout will never appear again in the video. lol hope u get me
as a teen beginner i tried it today and it was a bit difficult for me especially the push ups with weights, but i’m learning right now so i can be proud of my self. love your workouts anna❤️❤️

I have been training for a half marathon, but sprained my ankle and am having to take it easy getting back into it. So grateful to have these workouts to help maintain my fitness while my ankle is healing! ♥️
I've recently started following your workouts and i admit they are really effective. Not extremely difficult yet hits the right part with right intensity. Feels really light body after the workouts and a cold shower after is a bliss❤️
WOW! i thought that i didn't like home workouts but i just realized that i just didn't like it when instructors would talk because that would increase my anxiety and later influence my overthinking. not saying anything about fitness instructors that do encourage during their workout but i loved yours! it's super straightforward & just basically motivating to just "do it" rather than "you got this". definitely going to follow you more consistently!

That is a KILLER Upper body workout. LOVED it so so much. Will definitely do this one again. My shoulders are still sore but it's the good pain. Loved the compound movements of the exercises and variety. Thank you Anna.
Loved how there was no repeating in this one! My only comment is tat I would it was almost all upper body and very few core exercises! Thank you so much tho!

The music in this workout was fabulous! That's what I want to hear while I am exercising. This workout had my shoulders and arms burning, and worked everything from the waist upwards. Super effective and the perfect length of time. Thank you! 👍
