Man when I see you struggling at the same spots I'm struggling, that gets me motivated. Also really like you showing a previews during the rest, helps me already get prepped to go at the same pace as you. Keep up the good work!
Perfect. Seeing the struggle and even the occasional pause actually keeps me motivated, cheers for a very well put together vid. Glad I skipped past the million-view ones at the top of the search
First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ru-vid.comUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
This is the best video for working the upper body out ive found on youtube. Really enjoyed this one and i like the way you actually show you’re getting fatigued and still going on without editing trying to look perfect. Really relatable and helps push me through the workout knowing not to aim for perfection.
after a lot of searching finally i found the best video for REAL WORKOUT. this type of video with streaming your pain while you workout really motivate us. thank you!
Where has this channel been all my life?? Exactly what I was looking for. I’m 54 years old, 5 feet two inches, 115 and I love lifting weights. Your format is perfect. Keep it coming!!
you have like this aura that makes me wanna train more, ive been doing this workout for some time now and i already see results :) thank you so much! best trainer ever
I'm 15, and from my experiences of working out, I have never sweat like this in my life just by doing atm workouts Thanks, man, for your workouts. I really appreciate it
I’ll tell you I’ve tried 2-3 other beginner videos. Yours I’ve burned the most in 25 mins 250cal. Thank you. I’ve been a runner 3-4 miles a day for a year before that I didn’t run for 15 years since I was in the infantry. I started last year. This year weights. As I was sick of the up and dow weight. I figured I’ll follow this until 35lbs are a piece of cake and take it to next step. My goal in 45lbs and shred. Try to. And I won’t to be down 35lbs by may 1 which i will be. 2 weeks and done almost 10. Thank you for helping me on my journey. I may not know you but you do impact lives so keep it up.
That’s great man! Love the progress you’re making! So glad I could help you on your journey, it makes me so happy to hear you’re doing well. You got this bro! 👏🏽🙏🏽
Love you guys, Your workouts are no nonsense, no talks most effective pain in d arse, I didnt kno when 25 effin minutes got over. Rock on guys keep posting 🙏🙏🙏
Great workout! So good to see a video where I don't have to fast-forward past several minutes of talking and and self-promotion at the start. You just get straight into it, no crapping on. Love it
great exercises , i have been doing them 2-3 times a week ( i am using more weight than i started with already ) if i am sore i skip a day , i listen to my body, however i need more breaks in between each exercise because my forearms are quite weak and i cant hold the weights for so long so often - thank you , if anyone is reading this i wish you a wonderful day :)
honestly listen to your body! if your muscles still ache skip another day and so on!, if you haven't worked out in a long time use smaller weights , i use like 3/5 of the weight this guy uses and its enough for me :D@@ASHER3582
hell yeah, i do it monday, thursday, and sunday, 2 days break in between ( or more , just listen to your body, if your muscles are sore just skip another day)@@ASHER3582
Howdy, I just wanted to thank you for these videos! I follow along when I work out and pause to stop and check/correct my form. They have been the most helpful teaching tool and I feel more and more confident after every workout!
First time doing this workout. Loved it! I am 60, so I started with 10 and 15lbs, but look forward to upping the weights. Your video is great because I know what is to be expected next. Looking forward to doing a different one each day. I subscribed!
Great, more of this type of full upper body workout is what I'd like to see more of. Thank you for sharing these exercise routines, I hope to see more of this soon, thank you very much.

I really like your video's. Maybe adding Kilograms to your used weights will attract some more people. I do the conversions on google but it might be easier to put them in the video. Keep it up!
Awesome video. Movements are easy to understand and reproduce. What makes it much more bearable is to see you also suffer on a couple of those exercises !
This is probably my first comment on RU-vid itself but for the first time in my life, I finished such an intense workout without breaks! I'm so so thankful to you, and love the way you put out your videos. Thank you so much for literally making my week ❤️
Day 1 and already completed your two videos ✅ I’ve been following you for almost 2 months and like your videos...keep it up, I’m sure many will start following you soon 👍🏼 Happy New Year!

My first day of retirement and found your video. exactly what I was looking for. Had trouble with push ups since I haven't exercised in years. Plan on doing this video on days me and wife don't go to gym perfect for me, thanks.
This workout is neatly organized as usual. I love how you work on each upper body muscle group. Thank you for this awesome workout, looking forward for more! :)
@@johannes01 yes, for more sets. I was trying to target 10 sets per body part a week. Normally I work out for an hour so I thought by doing it twice it would be enough to get my 10 sets in
Same here! Time to get all of these snacks out of the house. I had to start forcing myself to do push ups in the kitchen when I got bored and would go to snack. Turns out, I would do the push ups and still eat the cookies. Lol. Balance.
