25-Minute Powernap Session (With Alarm To Wake You Up) | Regenerative Sleep With Monaural Beats

The first couple of minutes will ramp down from the beta range to a low delta wave (2.5hz), while the last segment seconds will ramp right back up to Gamma (40hz).Just incase that doesn't wake you up, I've added a recording of an alarm clock, which will fade in slowly from 24:30. You should get around 10-15 minutes of sleep depending on how sensitive you are to the audio. Some will be able to fall asleep straight away.
INSTRUCTIONS: Simply lie down somewhere comfortable, and wear headphones. For best results, spend a few minutes beforehand relaxing your body and stilling your mind of any thoughts.

You might want to try either turning the volume up so the alarm is more likely to wake you up, or alternatively create a playlist with an 'alarm' video that plays automatically after this one. Here's an example: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lcbnYBdrzI8.html

Been using this for the past few months and I've found it works best when I'm on a normal 8 hour sleep schedule (don't have any carry over sleep debt from the previous nights) and between 2-4pm. Outside of that parameter & time range I'll wake up cranky or needing more nap time. But otherwise, I wake up fresh and reeneegized. Thanks for this! Best I've found on YT.

I've never tried one of these before. I found the noise jarring at first (i have ADHD and wasn't expecting it) but then it became imperceptible as my brain got used to it and i had the most restful power nap ever (usually i can't fall asleep that fast and if i take a nap it's at least 2 hours)

Really liked this one. Ca't really say I needed more sleep since I got more than 7 hours the night before but after the alarm woke me up My body not mind was still sleepy so I just went back to bed, going to use often sice I feel my body relaxing within the first 4 min. as I write this.

This is a great program for sleeping. It is not the most pleasant to listen too, but if your looking for a possible short nap, it'll do the trick.

A side note is that a 20 min nap is not something that most people do everyday, so it may not work effectively the first time or the first few times you try to do one.

I was arguing with myself that this wouldn't work, 5 minutes into it i knocked out and woke up 2 hours later saying "what the fuck". Idk what kind of noises these are but they are wild, I actually woke up refreshed.

Probably slightly loud for a nap, but I feel refreshed anyways. Since I didn't fall asleep fully, I cannot judge whether the alarm works or not. However, I guess it would be better if the alarm was longer, and escalated from a lower scale, slowly.

works well if you have it on a low volume. Better alternative is putting of the washing machine, that shit always gets me.

You should try skipping ahead to the alarm part before you go to sleep, so you can adjust the volume.
