The first couple of minutes will ramp down from the beta range to a low delta wave (2.5hz), while the last segment seconds will ramp right back up to Gamma (40hz).Just incase that doesn't wake you up, I've added a recording of an alarm clock, which will fade in slowly from 24:30. You should get around 10-15 minutes of sleep depending on how sensitive you are to the audio. Some will be able to fall asleep straight away.
INSTRUCTIONS: Simply lie down somewhere comfortable, and wear headphones. For best results, spend a few minutes beforehand relaxing your body and stilling your mind of any thoughts.
