This has been my go to for a while. I had a car accident last year and I have trouble sleeping. I listen to this every night now. Helps get me to sleep. The medication they gave me to sleep had me feeling worse and I'd sleep too long and made me have nightmares. By far listening to this tops any medication and it's a natural remedy for sleep. My father passed away last year due to cancer. My companion who was there with me she left me staying with me after 5 years after always putting her on 1st place.
