Follow Marischa along and Tone your Upper Body and Strengthen your core. The workout takes about 20 minutes to complete and you will need some kind of light weights like dumbbells to make the most out of this workout. As always, all of the exercises will have a low impact on your tendons and joints.
This workout includes a warm up and cool down, but also a short water break halfway through the workout.
